Jason was great. We just disappointed original tickets had to be changed, and price was more expense for new tickets.

The company should discontinue the practice of advertising tickets at cheap rates that are unavailable, and then forcing customers to purchase tickets at a higher rate than what was advertised.
My only positive feedback about the situation is that I received the most spectacular customer service from Mr. Dennis Parker. My mother and I planned our trip to attend a convention and we had been looking forward to attending. Although the options offered for new tickets were a bit pricey, Mr. Dennis did all he could to ensure the new rate offered was within our budget. He was responsive to my calls and messages and kept his word when he offered to do follow-ups. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen medical circumstances, I was forced to cancel my flight as the policy does not allow tickets to be transferable. And we could not locate a cheaper ticket to accommodate another family member. I was also assisted with a full refund due to my circumstances and the time of purchase. The company's practices are deceitful, unscrupulous and fraudulent and I would not recommend anyone to use their travelling services. However, I give Dennis a 10/10 for his 5-star customer service. You are a great representative & it was a great honor being served by you.

It was a big mistake to book tickets with booking ace. They give you a good fare and make it seem like you are booking excisting tickets. After booking i received an email that our tickets are not yet confirmed and that i have to call them. I also didnt receive the tickets i payed for! When i called they said that i have to pay 50% extra for the return flights because they had to upgrade us to confirm our flight. Its really a scam. Do not book with booking ace!!

I am REALLY regretting not reading these reviews before impulsively purchasing two tickets at the price offered by this website. I realized that this is A SCAM that they apply and then, their method is to say that they don't have more tickets at that price and they offer other more expensive ones (doble of that you paid). The worst thing is that I paid the difference and until today they have not sent confirmation of this fly or ticket confirmation.

If I could put something less than one star I would have. These types of companies should not be allowed to operate because they are the epitome of "bait and switch." Not only did the agent offer me a totally different price for the ticket I called about that was offered on their website, but he proceeded to offer me a totally different airline carrier. I mean really...they explain their cheap fares as "unconfirmed" fares or "standby" fares (his words not mine) and I had to tell him that I am an experienced traveler whose mother retired from the airline business...geesh! This company is an embarrassment to anyone with an iota of intelligence.

Definitely a scam I got some tickets for Alaska Airlines and called to confirm about the baggage allowance since it is not stated on the email they sent me. I spoke to Dennis who told me that my flight is not confirmed and maybe will not be confirmed up until 1 day before flight so basically I could lose the flight. I tried to cancel and they said I have to send them an e-mail which I did I am now waiting to hear back. He did however try to sell me an overnight flight on the same day for close to $300 more and did tell me that this new more expensive flight would be confirmed. This of course makes no sense and I realized they are just trying to take our money. I am now told to call back in 2 hours because there is no supervisor available. I called back to speak to someone else and guess what he answered the same guy answered the phone again. SCAM stay away

I bought 5 round trip tickets online for a single price. I received the order confirmation email but the flights were not yet confirmed. Hours later they called me offering other options for more expensive flights because the one I bought was not possible. When I asked for everything to be canceled they told me that 50% of the amount would be charged or I should accept the offer of another flight paying the difference in value. Scam offering something cheap to force me to buy more expensive tickets later.

I do not recommend this booking option. They're misleading and give client nonaccurate information. The verbal confirmations and emails do not match up! They're not clear or good at providing options or details unless you ask them! After my experience, I wouldn't be shocked if I'm at the airport ready to board a flight and an issue arises where I'm not booked! I will always go through a direct airline going forward. Save yourself the trouble of trying to get an actual refund to your card by bank dispute, not a credit with their horrible services.

Scam! Same experience as others. flight i booked wasn't available, but they could offer less desirable fair for additional 50%. luckily it didn't go through on my credit card, so found a better deal elsewhere.

I'm giving the company 3 stars for the way they conduct business. First they show you a cheap airfare and you will fall for it. Then comes an email saying they can't offer you that airfare and that you need to call them asap. (They already have your credit card info with them). During the phone call they offer other more expensive alternatives which you will have to accept because you already agreed on the first airfare. Then they ask for a picture of your credit card and ID. How weird is that?
Personally I had to speak to 3 different employees to reach the one that very politely explained their methods and that my money was completely secured with the airline. To this employee I would give him 5 stars.

Booked flights for the entire family, and received confirmation emails with the agreed price. The next morning I see an email to call Tim at Bookingace immediately. Tim tells me the price has doubled. This company is a scam using bait and switch tactics. Don't waste your time. On the phone they threatened to charge us anyway for a higher priced flight, and said the booking was non-refundable even though they couldn't provide what was sold.LIARS!

Bait and Switch. I purchased tickets for the price posted online only to receive a call telling me that they could not honor the posted price. They stated that the prices shown online are not accurate and they can't promise those prices. They offered me prices more than double and finally came down to where it was only going to cost me ~50% more than the original price. They couldn't run my card or give me confirmation. I finally booked elsewhere for $400 cheaper than the $1400 I was going to pay (original price would have been $950). When I notified them I had gone with another service, they attempted to apply pressure and tell me I still wasn't getting the best price, even though it was $400 less than they were offering me and gave me more time (flexible dates and flexible airports). They told me I was not going to get the best service from the airlines since I booked with someone else and then finally agreed to cancel my order. Now I am just hoping not to see a charge on my card anyway. This whole experience wasted an ENTIRE DAY of my time and caused much undue stress.
