My reservation was messed up
A mistake was made and one of my children was booked on a separate reservation, even though I made the reservation on the phone and gave all of the information at one time. It made traveling with 3 children more complicated by having my 5 yr old on a separate reservation and with layovers each way, flight changes due to aircraft maintenance making me have to change flights, it was so inconvenient and time consuming. I’d rather make my own reservation with the airline next time. Also, getting calls to check up on me all the time is annoying as well.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I manage to secure fares online on your website, and when I attempt to make payment, I am told to call customer service. When I call customer service, the fare I am given is double the fare I had locked online on your website. This is most unfair, and it happened repeatedly.

Thank you for sharing you experience. We do apologize for the Inconvenience; our customer relations team checked your booking history to understand the gravity of situation. Initially you chose Basic Economy reservation by the time your reservation reached to our ticketing desk for issuance respective fare were no longer available. Hence next most economy fare was offered based on your authorization and approval (both verbal and via email) booking was formulated.
Although we are apologetic for the communication disconnect and would like to clarify that your card was not charged (initially). As because your booking was not confirmed and we do not charge our Customers/Passengers for Partially Booked, Declined, or Unconfirmed Reservation(s). For your own satisfaction, please cross check with your Financial Institution.
We are constantly working towards improving our customer satisfaction ratio.

I have 4 charges on my credit card, the first flight I bought, they divided it in two charges of almost 400 CAD, then the charge of the mail I received for the new ticket I had to buy, plus the fees, I am still trying to get the first two charges back, but unfortunately nobody answers me, a certain "David Smith" told me he would call me today, but he does not answer my messages and he does not call me back. Who will give me back the extra 800 CAD I am paying for charging me for the first "unconfirmed" flight plus the confirmed flight and the taxes. In the end a lousy flight, with layover and lousy schedule almost 2000 CAD, please I need a real answer!
