This is a really good company, very prompt and professional. The inspector turned up to the flat at the arranged time, very efficient and polite. They are able to sort out a time to organise a time to suit us. Would definitely use again, thanks . Certificate supplied quickly

I wa very impressed with Book EPC .They were very accommodating when I arranged the appointment. The young man arrived on time and was very polite. Once he had left my EPC was available on line within the hour . I would definately recommend them .

Superb service!
Superb service!! EPC booked, completeted and live on the .gov website within 5 days. Hakan visited the house, he was very helpful, polite, and extremely respectful of me, my family and the house.
If you need an EPC this is the company to use!

The surveyor demonstrated swift expertise and efficiency. Scheduling the visit was easily accommodated to fit my requirements on short notice. The pricing was transparent, well-explained, and without hidden costs. Overall, everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly.
