Location d appartement ou nous n avons pas eu les clés, après plus d un mois de mails échanges, le site m informe que j aurais visité 2 appartements et qu ils ne m auraient pas plus !? Je n ai jamais eu de contact avec les responsables de l appartement que je devais louer.Sur m'a réservation j ai appris sur place que il y avait 3 coordonnées ( tel,nom ,adresse)différentes de 3 agences .De ce fait ils ne veulent pas me rembourser, j ai porté plainte j espere que cela va porter ces fruits!!! ARNAQUE!!!!
Apres avoir lu votre reponse je me permets de vous repeter que Le problème c est que ce sont des mensonges et que personne ne vous répondra de ce fait. Je vais devoir me " battre" pour qu on me rembourse car je me suis retrouvé en Espagne avec le prélèvement que vous avez effectué en septembre en moins plus l hotel que j ai du trouver pour nous loger !!!J ai eu l agence euroloix, c est vous qui m avez donné les coordonnées et ils n ont aucune réservation à mon nom .C est honteux

As in our email conversation explained the hotel updated us a single time with the message that you did not like the room, they offered you another room you did not like and you decide to stay in another hotel.
Unfortunately, since then the property is not answering any of our emails and phone calls. Our third party has the same issue.

We are calling and emailing them every day!
Please bear with us, until the hotel will respond to our request.

Trust me it's not nice to be unable to finalize the request since the hotel is not responding at all.

We will do our best to resolve the case as soon as possible.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM! They have cloned my property details and are advertising it as if they have the right to sell nights. They do not. I have asked them to remove my property from their site, as we are currently closed due to family health issues. They have refused. What a horrible company.

Not trustworthy. Wrong price suggestion for reservation.

We made a reservation for a hotel in Hamburg via this page only to find out that they had suggested the senior citizens' rate which we did not qualify for and without any hint to that end during the reservation process. We ended up having to firstly discuss at length with the hotel staff and manager and eventually paying 30% more than the rate offered by booked.net. A very disappointing experience. We will surely not use this platform again and neither should you.

mixup on website booked wrong date in hotel. Booked.net refused to change date and said it was in conditions.
They said Hotel would need to refund .. Hotel said NO.. said they had rooms on the night I wanted..

Alles war problemlos

Nach den gelesenen Bewertungen hatten wir zunächst Sorge, daß wir keine Reservierung hätten. Doch schon bevor wir die gesamte Summe bezahlt hatten war das Zimmer reserviert und vollständig bezahlt. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen, aber auch zur Sicherheit noch einmal im Hotel persönlich nachfragen.

Due to my Covid infection, booked.net succeeded in complete refunding my cancellation though I had booked my hotel without refunding option before! Thanks for that!

After a long trip we arrived at the hotel which we booked months in advance and paid for a couple weeks in advance, only to find that this hotel had been closed for 11 months. Thankfully we had been moved to a more reputable hotel, but we had to get another cab to take us to this hotel. We should never have been allowed to make a reservation at a closed hotel, or at minimum had some communication that it had been closed and where we were moved to. Just tried to send my concerns to the email listed on my confirmation form, but it was undeliverable (domain not valid). Very unhappy with the way booked.net conducts business.

As hurricane Ian was tearing up Florida we had a reservation thru booking dot net f for a Saturday night in Raleigh NC. Looking at the forecast for that weekend we wanted to play it safe and stay at home. Notifications to booking.net to inform them what our decision was - trying to get a refund from them - they don’t give a donkey doodle what the situation could be THEY WILLINGLY ARE GOING TO KEEP ALL OF THE MONEY. NO matter what. What a sleezeBag bag COMPANY. NEVER WILL I ever use them.

Beware of the website booked.net. they are misleading and come up when search for hotel reservations. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. FRAUDSTERS RUN BY THE MOFIA.

I used a hotel url, thinking I was booking directly which was not the case - it was booked.net, their name did not show until the transaction was completed. The MOB runs them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. I booked a room and the reservation said, very clearly, in a big green box, that my card would not be charged until I arrived at the property, I then got an email congratulating me on my PREPAID room after my card had been overdrafted hundreds of dollars. SCAM.

They keep your money and collect again from new customer

I booked a room at a Copenhagen hotel for a lay-over from Italy 8/12/2022 4:48pm and it was confirmed at 4:49pm. The room was for 9/15/2022

I sent an email a couple minutes later at 4:52 asking for cancellation and refund because it was booked in error. They denied the refund even though there was still another month for them to rebook with another customer.

I am quite certain they did fill the room and thus got paid twice for the same room. A bunch of crooks.

RESPONSE TO RESPONSE

As agents of the property you are just as responsible for this as the owner. That you refuse to accept the customer service aspect, given the nature of the reason for cancellation, merely bolsters my review. Policy is not the same as International Law.

We have reviewed your request and would like to inform that you booked a non-refundable rate that does not allow cancellations or changes, but any way we have contacted the hotel regarding your request.
Unfortunately the hotel refused the refund due to booked policy. The hotel strictly adheres to the non-refundable policy, therefore refused to make a refund of the funds. The decision of the hotel in this case does not depend on us, we tried to influence on property, but their decision remained unchanged.
If the hotel allowed us to cancel your booking free of charge, we would issue you a refund. In this case, it is, unfortunately, impossible, since the hotel withheld a fine of all sum of the order from us.

P.S.
The property sets its own policy for bookings and we have no control over it.
The conditions of this booking were clearly announced to you at the stage of booking, as well as after, in the voucher. You agreed to these terms at all stages.

P.S.
The booking policy is set by the hotel and we must act within its framework. We always make a refund if the hotel confirms it. In your case, the hotel did not confirm this.

Réservation hôtel à Venise tout s’est bien passé

J’ai réservé 4 nuits d’hôtel à Venise avec booked.net en septembre 2022 et tout s’est très bien passé. Mais à la lecture de toutes les mauvaises critiques sur booked.net et savoir que le règlement était à Chypre je me suis inquiétée et ai même fait un e-mail à l’hôtel à Venise pour avoir confirmation que notre réservation.mais tout était ok.
