First time ordering from Boncini. Shoes looked like the photos, packaging was good, and the fit was right for me. Can't complain 👍

I'd say zero stars if I could. Sizes are way small, and when I ordered a larger size they sent the same size, then told me they sent the correct one. Apparently the European size fits multiple American sizes?

I had a sizing question after ordering and Cassandra got back to me much faster than I expected. She helped me sort out the right size and kept the whole thing simple. The shoes arrived looking great and I would absolutely order from Boncini again.

Trash...I just put them in garbage bag. Not wearable. Quality is zero...more like paper shoes.

Very deceptive adverts and displays but the quality are very poor. I had endless communication with them but in the end I can’t use any of the three products I bought. Frankly they should get their acts together and do a decent job of offering good quality product or quit.

I bought a size large shirt and 10.5 pair of shoes. The shirt was so small I couldn't bottom it. The shoes were marked 44 but fit like a tight 10 maybe even 9.5...either way unwearable.

I didn't bother with a return since delivery was a month. I gave the items to Goodwill,
the one thing BONCINI does not have with me.

If I could give 0 I would. Described as a premium loafer for evening wear I received a pair of shoes that are not even good enough for a vist to the £1 shop. Looked nothing like the advert or the website and are of the lowest possible quality . They smell appalling . Micro suede, thats a laugh , they look just like the black canvass pumps you wore in PE in the late 60's eary 70's. A scam

Be VERY CAREFUL with this site; they sell FAKE products. I bought Men's 2025 New Half-Shoes advertised as "leather," but it is NOT genuine leather—just an imitation. I want to return them, but they only offer HALF of what I paid, which was CAD $88.
I checked Temu and found the same shoes selling for HALF the price.

I have purchased from Boncini a few times - mainly shoes and I found it to be a good experience with great customer service . I bought some lovely mules/loafers and hats. Good quality too. One of the hats I bought was not so great but they provided a credit note when I returned it. I am surprised to see such negative reviews as I’ve never had an issue and used them about three times now 😀

I would comment on the quality of the shoes but I do not think I will ever receive them. 2 weeks ordered and tracking shows they have not left whatever country they are supposed to be coming from. (BTY it’s not Wyoming). BIG mistake ordering from this place. DONT DO IT! You’ve been warned.

Shipping insanely slow and badly planned...spend your money somewhere else

Ordered shoes in my size and when trying on the felt like a whole size too small. Their return policy is so restrictive meaning the customer pays to return them internationally so they offered me a refund of 35% if I exchange them for another pair so now I'm into it for more money when the second pair arrived, It was unbelievable. It was like they were two sizes too small. After complaining about this very frustrating and disappointing situation they offered me a 50% refund. That's great now I have two pairs of shoes that don't fit which I will donate and be out $80 never again will deal with this company.. buyer beware

Hi there, please do not buy from this company. Boncini.com advertise on FB. They claim to be Italian shoes however these shoes are made in China. The quality is poor and materials are cheap. Don’t make a mistake the pictures are great but the real thing is not. I hope this help you.

Shoes arrived, size is smaller than shown. Too small, and I do wear a 10, which I ordered. Also, shoe is not the quality as stated. Asked for return info and a full refund. They advised that I can keep them, and they would give me a 75% credit on another pair. No thank you! Then the said they would deduct 25% for restocking! Wow! I am a 76 yr old disabled vet and they are nothing more than a bunch of thieves. How do you ever live with that? Not my issue. I do not need to keep shoes I cannot wear, so why would I accept your offer? Waiting on their response and will update when I get one. In the meantime, beware! If I knew I would be charged a restocking fee of 25%, I would have never ordered them in the first place.

I purchased the Stefano Leather Mules (Size 10.5) from Boncini, and they run drastically and incorrectly small. Both my husband and I tried them on—we are both true 10.5s with different foot widths—and they were painfully tight on both of us, clearly indicating a major manufacturing and sizing defect

When I requested a proper exchange or return, customer support refused to provide a prepaid return label, instead attempting to charge return shipping and a 25% restocking fee, or offering a partial 40% refund for unwearable merchandise. Looking through other Trustpilot reviews, it is clear this is a widespread pattern: customers frequently receive poorly sized products, experience low quality, and are met with unhelpful support runarounds.
Avoid purchasing from this company unless you want to lose money on items that don't fit and get stuck dealing with a frustrating return policy. I am now disputing the charge directly through my credit card company.

I bought a hat from this company and is the worst quality of anything I’ve ever bought online. And of course they don’t respond to my request of a refund, which is typical of many of these Chinese companies. I would recommend you don’t buy anything from them.

The shoes are constructed of imitation leather, not the real thing as advertised. There is no arch support and the soles are flimsy. These shoes are very poorly constructed and are worth a fraction of what I paid. I should have read the reviews before buying. I'm going to return them. I asked for a full refund and explained that I must have been sent a demo pair based on the fake leather. I was told I could keep them and get 40% back, or return them at my expense and get 75% back. Either option stinks. I'll take my 75% and mark this as another learning experience. AVOID THIS VENDOR!

I should have read the reviews first before ordering. Ordered a brown pair of sandels and received black. Tried to send photos to company and somehow unable to load and respond to the company and share photos. It took about 3 weeks for delivery and they were in a bag, not a box!
