This is just a Chinese spin off made of inferior material and quality. Misrepresentation via phony story line and web site that mimic historical company and products.

Don't do it.

Cheap garbage obviously mass produced in china and not hand made at all.
Glad I didn’t pay full price but a bit embarrassed that I got sucked in.
Unfortunately when I looked at reviews I found the other account on trust pilot that sings their praises.
There’s obviously something going on with this company that’s not legit.

How come there is another website that says its trustpilot and it gives 4/5 star reviews. I've been conned into believing I was buying a uk handmade cap not a very cheap mass produced piece of tat. Returning it if not satisfied with the fit, to be organised by them, is a joke! You do it at your expense and then they'll give a refund. I gather you have to send it back to China! Note there's no uk contact address!

I’m usually pretty ‘internet’ savvy and like to think I wouldn’t be drawn in by scams. However in this particular case I obviously let my guard slip being suckered in by clever and convincing Instagram advertising, a polished and professional web site and clearly bogus Trustpilot reviews. I ordered two of their hats, and it soon became very clear that I’d been taken in by a clever advertising campaign when the shipping data showed the point of origin being in China and not the U.S. as I had initially thought! When my hats eventually arrived they were nicely packaged, but that was the only good part. The hats themselves were of a very poor quality, badly made and absolutely not fit for purpose as they just perched on the top of my head looking and fitting appallingly. Oh well you live and learn, and it’s been a salutary lesson in internet scams which I will now double down on doing my due diligence in the future!!!!

Well any product that does not want to put their name on an item even inside the hat, must not be proud of their product. It’s not made or shipped from or in the USA. Just a cheap knock off sadly. I was hoping for a strong well built cap and the hat I received is just a regular old cap that should have cost $10 bucks So sad and disappointing.

Returns must go to China at my expense. They state that they cannot even be sure the return will reach China or that I will receive a refund. So, READ REVIEWS FIRST!

Its a scam, Not good quality hats at all. Lead you to believe they are USA based. Instead you wait for weeks for cheap rubbish to arrive from CHINA!

The hat arrived and is not what I expected at all. It is poorly made with cheap thin material. It doesn't hold it's form at all.

Oh I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased a 'rag in a box' thinly disguised as a hat, I wouldn't put it on a dog! It's a scam and a shameful one at that!

Dont be fooled by the slick advertising. Poor quality. Poor service. Made it difficult to return. Offered 10% Refund. Then 15%, then 20%. Then advised return cost would be at buyers expense to China. Avoid.

It’s been several weeks since I paid for and ordered my hat. Still haven’t gotten it. They had the gall to send me a 25% off coupon to buy another hat. I don’t know whether it was a Facebook scam or what if there was a 0-10 that would be my score

Total Scam! Trying to say that it's 'homemade' but when it arrived it was very clearly not. Cheaply made and poorly sewn. What's more is the fact they portray themselves as a reputable UK/Irish business. Harrington hats is an amazing reputable business and where I thought I was getting my cap from. I was not. Harringtoncohatters is very dubious in relation to this.

Cheap cap absolutely not as advertised wish I had read these reviews before buying. I think they are called Ghost Companies?. Their web pages are very convincing. I thought I was buying from a well established UK company, expecting hand finished goods. Dont waste your money like I have done.

Classic FB impulse buy prior to checking reviews. It did at least arrive and the communication was reasonable. However the price should have alerted me. It stated organic soft denim for the cap. At £20 after a 50% discount this was a red flag. I was also led to believe this was made in UK. I very much doubt it. Cheap looking and poorly sewn. No label inside cap. All in all I was had. Moral of the story do your research and if sounds to good to be true..... it is.

Cheap material and poorly made! Badly creased, not like advertised. Rely on giving impression of traditional English hatters, absolutely not. Avoid at all costs!

Total scam company. Thrived images and claims. Based in China and ships from there. AVOID!!!
