I received the bumper in good time, and it was in good shape.

Although I was scared for a couple weeks that I couldn't get a hold of customer service during business hours. Eventually I was emailed back and my product shipped and arrived quickly with only one crack on the product. I'd read reviews that said shipping would cause quite a bit more damage than what I experienced. I'd definitely order again for 20% off in the future.

Do not buy from them scammers, they sell kits and scams and do not answer. I have been waiting for 8 months for a car kit and every month they say next month and are not willing to return money. They also stopped answering the phones

i like the bumper it was just a bit harder then expected to get and and one of the sides doesnt really want to stay on or fit nice to the headlight like the other side but i think i made it work

I ordered a carbon fiber hood from this website. When received the hood was completely damaged to the point where it was unusable. I was told they would give me a partial refund and to get a quote for the damages. When receiving a quote of $250 the company said the maximum they can do is $34. After getting the repairs fixed the hood was no where near close enough to fit on the car. Now I’m stuck with this way overpriced hood that is unusable on my car. To communicate with customer service was a complete hassle. The company wouldn’t respond to any of my emails and would hardly answer the phone.

The hood had imperfections and the shipping company made it harder to set a ship time

the side skirts were not accurate and I have to add some fiberglass work to make it fiot and match to my car. Byt he other side the surface came with primer but the surface itself was not smooth having valleys and montains all along the part, so my bodywork had to be more.

Excellent packaging, and it fit perfect. Will use again when needed. Could have gotten 5 stars if shipped out faster waited 3 weeks.

I placed my order on 11/11/2023, I was told that it was behind on delivery but they would pay for expedited shipping. I received confirmation on 12/08/2023 that the item was shipped, and I would receive it by 12/15/2023. After several back and forth emails, and no one taking responsibility for it not being delivered I finally received the item on 01/11/2024.
Yes they offered to give me 5% back but it’s costed more than that in time this company wasted.
Nothing but lies and excuses. Don’t waste your time or money.
I do have recorded of all conversations to prove they lied to me.

I don’t know who the replay was for but it wasn’t me. I ordered entire body kit and your very very poor shipping company cost me more in time than the kit was worth once I got it.
Your partial refund was $20 bucks. Thanks for nothing and headache body kits. Very poor customer service I have all emails your company was poor and slow to respond.
If you want to help refund me my entire shipping cost and get your money back from the shipping company.

I am not able to use the junk you sent me. After receiving the crap, I went and checked reviews on your company. I can see that I am not alone with poor quality of your product. A lot of unhappy customers and now you can add me to that list. Don’t see how you get away with screwing over people like you do.

Nice bumper had to do some slight modding to make it fit but this was disclosed on the website.

Driver just drove away while I was trying to inspect the hood. The body shop is having trouble adjusting it to fit the car

Needed to do a lot of body work to make these side skirts straight. Not what I was expecting. Had to use a tube of body filler and hours of finish work to male these look okay. Did not need to set in sun. Many inperfections and waves in the mold.

Shipping was smooth and arrived on time. Corner of the carbon fiber hood appeared to not be packaged safely enough. There is a rubbed down portion where it should be a sharp point like the other side. Only reason for a 4-star review.

Product showed uo damaged but we didnt open asap so that i will own. However the worst built Product i have ever seen. They respond to you but will not to anything to rectify problems. Highly would not recommend this company for anything.

As discussed in the emails there has been zero paint work done a can of quick check was used to show how terrible the craftsmanship was of the product. We dont have a issue with the shipping damage its all the poor craftsmanship and the fact we sent several pictures of that. Will stand behind the statement that you are a horrible company to do business with and it looks like your review status says the same. Wish i had looked that up before ordering from your company.

Helpful, anything I need to know that I asked about they got back to me pretty fast
