Sorry, customer service I have ever dealt with and their products are cheaply made, and not worth the money

almost 3 months since my order with no delivery, asked almost weekly for a update and was ignored or when I was answered, never got a follow up on my order never order from this company. They’re horrible at keeping their word and delivering your product.

Do not buy from this company, they are untrustworthy they do not give refunds for the junk they sell. Terrible business.

Crack on one of the body panels that spread not too far and a chunk was missing but it’s fixable

Wish I could do half a star. Please do not give them your money they will constantly say it’s back order after back order months on end and not even say that it’s on back order or unavailable when most company’s won’t even let you order if they don’t have it they will tell u a date an then when it gets too that day they will give u another date that’s months away I waited for 4 months too get my carbon fiber hood an I still have never received it I finally ended up getting my money back which I’ve very surprised they willingly did give my money back but after I called the fraud department me personally I would never buy from them an they will never be getting my money again.

If only I could give them 0. From Preston's customer service. To their delayed and slow drop shippers. To the absolute garbage they call a product. But they were cheap. Real cheap. Maybe the cheapest I've ever seen. I mean the quality, not the price.

Delivery was fast and on time. The product was exactly what I ordered and well made. Haven't yet had the time to install it. But as soon as I do, pictures will follow.

Communication was great every step I knew where my bumper was no wondering when it will arrive

Don't waste your time they are joke of a company order something and you will get junk

One of the fenders came with damage

Purchased a part for my vehicle. Paid an astronomical amount of money for the shipping of the part. When the part arrived, it was damaged, thus I could not use the part. I contacted BodyKits and they sent me instructions on how to return the part, which involved me contacting an outside vendor to return the part. I shipped it back, paying an additional fee to return the part. Bodykits never refunded me my money and accused me of damaging the part.

Came fast everything was all there no damage.

I purchase from bodykits.com i buy a 01 mustang gt rear bumper the part is to small for my vehicle i send them lot fotos but they dont want to help get new part this is not right please dont buy they dont care

I ordered a part I needed in order to drive my car and after a week it still hadn’t shipped. They were slow to respond and their number automatically goes to voicemail no matter what time you call, the voicemail states they’re too busy to answer and redirects to their website. They are slow to respond and would respond just before COB. Almost two weeks had passed and still nothing, they blamed it on public holidays even though there had been plenty of normal business days in between. They said it might get shipped on the third week. I had been asking for a refund as I needed to order the part from somewhere else but they wouldn’t issue it. After about three weeks I went through my bank to get a chargeback, only when I did this did they finally issue me a refund. I don’t think they ever had the part because as soon as I ordered it the link was broken and the part disappeared from their website. It was so frustrating, weeks without being able to drive my car. They are liars and borderline scammers. Don’t buy from here.
