Company refuses to cancel membership…
Company refuses to cancel membership even tho I've requested nicely several times in the last 10 days. My initial request was met with being told it was extended. They didn't ask if I would like that but told me they were doing that after trying to say I had not reviewed all content or finished signing up. I did in fact sign up and saw what I needed to so I could determine it wasn't for me. I simply wanted to see how the dance classes compared to the zumba classes I already take and I prefer the ones I already use. I asked for them to please cancel multiple times and they won't respond because I declined the offer of extension. I unsubscribed to marketing emails but still receive them multiple times a day. This is all very bad business practices and others should be warned.***Update In my email 2 days ago, I mentioned if someone didn't reply I would leave reviews. It took me many emails and reviews to get the account canceled. After being told the agent forgot to reply.

We do not see you unsubscribed from our list, but we have removed you, to prevent future emails from being sent.

Just not enough content and the lives were not scheduled well for my own schedule. Appreciated the free trial to find this out.

Loving the workouts personal faves hiit. I love the rythm and speed and there is always doing a modified version. Have shocked myself that I can keep up and it’s felt like a great workout every time!!

I cancelled my free trial and was…
I cancelled my free trial and was charged 180 USD anyways. Completely ripped me off. I would not recommend this unless you want to be signed up for a year with out agreeing to it. I requested a refund and no response yet.

It looks like you request to cancel came in AFTER you saw you were charged. There was no request to cancel prior to the end of your trial. ALL EMAILS ARE RESPONDED TO WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY. :)
We apologize for any confusion regarding your subscription. It looks like you selected the Annual option at the time of sign up and it was indicated at the time of selection it would be billed annually and on the checkout page it indicated the subscription would renew in the amount of $180.00.
When selecting your subscription the button reads:
$15/month
CLAIM NOW
Add Daily LIVE Workouts ($360 Value)
at no additional cost
Only $15/month billed annual
On the checkout page before clicking "Complete Purchase" it says:
Future Payments: $180 for each year, starting in 7 days
We allow members to choose Monthly, 6 month or Annual, and you selected the Annual. We do not put anybody in the Annual plan unless they click on the ANNUAL button and select it.

You signed up for our 7 day trial. When you signed up, you agreed to be charged at the end of the 7 days, unless you canceled.
We are sorry to hear you didn't have much time to use the services during your 7 days, but we have not heard from you requesting to cancel or extend your trial.
It looks like your payment was declined, and you were NOT charged. Your account has been closed.
If you need anything else, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@bodyfx.com. We would be happy to extend your trial and move you to another subscription type (monthly, 6 months, annual).

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. I didn’t believe it but they are genuine and exceptional at what they do. I cancelled my subscription and was charged, I immediately wrote the customer support team and they resolved my issue immediately and issue me a refund. Although I have cancelled my subscription I still get daily exercise videos with free menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. I love body FX and will definitely subscribe again

I have nothing but positive things to say !!
I have nothing but positive things to say regarding this coming into my life.
When signing up for the app i thought i had selected the monthly subscription, but after 7 days a full years worth came out my bank. I contacted the customer services, who had resolved the issue within 24hrs. I could not believe the great service they provided, as i would of been really stuck financially if i had not got refunded.
I am 2 weeks into the programme and completely loving the variety that you can choose from. I have been selecting different workouts daily, which is wonderful as you could never get bored of the same routine. I can already see and feel the difference in my body. All of the instructors on each workout are so motivational, which is great for me and totally what i need.
Can not wait to see where this journey takes me and would recommend this to anyone. Outstanding value for money !!!!

My first experience is that I have discovered this great platform. I started to work out daily, even for few minutes with John and Dwayn. Even with Janna. For me is easy ti use. Appreciate daily emails with new suggestions.

Problem with subscription
I had some confusion regarding my subscription (which was totally my fault). I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and were so helpful. They fixed my error and I am so excited to continue using Bodyfx
