We had a situation where our server was down twice in early January of this year. Our Data Center is still investigating what caused this. In both cases when our server went offline, Bobcares was quick to alert us and take action. When we didn't respond quickly to their email alert, they phoned us. Impressed by thoroughness and skill levels!
Being at the helm of our servers for more than a decade, it is hard to hand over the "keys to the kingdom" and control and blindly put our trust into a team overseas.
I have been very impressed by the team's knowledge and thoroughness. When we have had any issues, it was never a short email like: "fixed the issue". All was accompanied by a through explanation what was found/detected and what was done.
Most impressive was that one of our servers was not reachable and needed to be rebooted through the datacenter.
The team at bobcares tried to contact me by phone before pulling the trigger, but I was not able to respond. They left a voicemail that they were going to reboot.
