Excellent technical expertise, professional service and great communication
We've had an excellent experience working with Bobcares on a fairly complex server migration and security project.
Our requirements involved setting up and securing a new Debian VPS environment to accommodate several applications, including legacy Ruby on Rails systems, PHP/Laravel applications and their associated databases.
There were some particularly challenging compatibility issues along the way, especially involving older Ruby versions and OpenSSL, but the team approached everything methodically, explained the technical challenges clearly and worked through them to find sensible solutions.
What I've particularly appreciated is their technical knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to investigate issues properly rather than simply applying quick fixes.
Communication has been excellent throughout, and it's reassuring to have access to engineers who genuinely understand Linux server administration, security hardening and the complexities of supporting legacy applications.
We've been so impressed with their work that we've decided to extend the relationship by taking out an annual server monitoring and maintenance arrangement.
As someone who manages multiple websites and applications professionally, finding a reliable technical partner is incredibly valuable.

False advertising! Their “unlimited “ service is capped at a set amount of hours and they claim “unlimited “ means unlimited servers, not hours.

We would like to clarify that on our Server Management page https://bobcares.com/server-management/, we clearly mention: “No limit on the number of servers supported. You get expert unlimited server support within minutes – 24/7.” Here, “unlimited” refers to the number of servers supported, not unlimited support hours.
This is also explained in detail on the same page --- "Limitless Server Management and monitoring services do not put a limit on the number of servers supported. You will have 24/7 access to server experts for proactive and on-demand server administration activities, as long as it falls within your total 36 hours/year (Annual billing plan), 9 hours/3 months (Quarterly billing plan), or 3 hours/month (Monthly billing plan) quota"

After many years, still the best support service
After many years of using their services, I can only confirm the quality of their support.
Recently, a server had a problem one night: I was unreachable (I was sleeping with my phone turned off), and they did everything they could to restore functionality without my intervention. When I woke up, I only noticed the problems from the uptime monitor notifications and the related ticket report: the server was working perfectly, and the problem had been resolved.
This level of service is priceless: anyone who manages servers knows the value of being able to sleep soundly, knowing that any issue will be addressed and resolved, any day, any time of day or night!

I have been using Bobcares Server Management to look after my server, and I recently had an issue with the Redis service that was handled exceptionally well by Kuriakose Joseph.
Kuriakose demonstrated an excellent level of technical knowledge and professionalism throughout the investigation. He carefully traced the problem to configuration issues within Redis, explained exactly what was happening, and then made the necessary corrections to restore the service.
What impressed me particularly was the detailed explanation of both the problem and the solution. It was clear that this was not simply a matter of restarting a service and hoping for the best. Kuriakose identified the underlying causes, corrected the configuration, confirmed that Redis was operating correctly, and ensured that background saving was completing successfully.
The server is now fully operational and stable.
I have been managing websites and servers for many years, and I genuinely appreciate dealing with someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication. Kuriakose Joseph deserves particular recognition for the way he handled this issue.
