Although displaying nice boats, completely unreliable.
I booked a Catamaran and paid full amount by credit card, signed the contract, and next day bought airline tickets, then they apologized that it was rented!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Also, we would like to thank you for your trust in choosing us for the booking of the boat for your sailing vacation. Unfortunately, just a few hours before your reservation, the owner of the boat received another booking confirmation. Thus, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience this caused.
We completely understand your situation, and even though it is an unlikely scenario the one that happened with you, your advisor, Xavier, was on top of the case and did all his best to quickly find other options that meet your requirements, but sadly, neither of them fulfilled your expectations.
We are aware of the trouble you went through due to the complication with the boat you rented and our responsibility in the matter. For this reason, we refunded the whole amount of the boat and also offered you the complete reimbursement of the boat, flight tickets and hotel expenses within 72 hours. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. We would love to make things right for you, so we await your reply about the compensation.

Problem solved!
Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was a bit of a problem in sorting out the terms of charter but that was really the fault of the owner company not Anna at Boatbureau who was very patient and helpful. Looking forward to the charter.

Janina was instrumental in helping us to find the right boat and for a wonderful rate. She worked hard for us over the course of a few days and came back with a great offer made by a really terrific and reputable cruising company!
