Wanted a product that was out of stock, staff went over & beyond to make sure when it became available to save it for me and contact me.

Excellent customer service both online and in the store (Aylesbury). I left an item behind the team went above and beyond. The item was found the same day the store called and put the item aside for me.

I had cause to return 2 USB mushroom lamps today as their performance was not good, i hadn't receipts but the manager of the store searched online for them. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but gave me customer service number who located them in seconds and emailed them to me. I can take these to the store with items and they will be refunded.
The service is incredible.

B and m customer service dealt with my issue excellently, i lost my receipt and they sent an email with the receipt on so i could return the item. All sorted within less than 5 mins. Very helpful lady.

Absolutely happy with the amazing service received from Sue and the rest of the costumer service team. My query was promptly resolved and steps on how to get the details required provided.

It is one of the best services that I have received this year.

Darren and team at Northallerton store. Last Sat bought a microwave staff helped secure a price and assisted in carrying to till and the car . Unfortunately it was too big , I had misplaced the receipt but the team online and in store ensured a swift resolve . Many thanks .

I contacted the customer service regarding the receipt my purchase as I lost one and Krista was very helpful in resolving my problem and within 2 minutes I got the receipt.

I had lost my receipt for a furniture item I wanted to return. The store member was very polite and informed me I can get a replacement one online with customer services. This took all of 10 mins it was so easy.

I had a concern with a parking charge,in my local store, from an external company & after contacting Jane in customer service, she was able to arrange for this to be cancelled as we had been in the store all the time my car was parked in the car park

I regularly visit the Mansfield Baum’s Lane store. Yes it’s busy at the checkout at times and the odd thing looks a little messy here and there, but generally compared to its competitors in the area this store is really good. It’s massive and has a lot of choice.
At times the queues are long, especially at Christmas, but staff do jump on the tills quickly when needed. If I can criticise one thing it’s maybe that more staff are needed, the store obviously makes a huge profit and I think they could use a few more staff on the checkouts, because the ones on there are doing their best but they need more manpower.
I recently got a car parking ticket in this car park and head office were really quick to respond to my request that I get the charge removed as I was shopping in store. They helped to cancel the charge with the private car parking company and were polite to me.

I lost the receipt for my new vacuum cleaner which has a faulty battery. I phoned customer service and Krista was very helpful. She found the transaction immediately and sent me by email the receipt,which I can now take to my local B&M for a refund or exchange.

The Pet Carrier purchased was not fit for purpose, but the lovely customer support staff on their CS telephone line, Jane, was friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and ultimately was able to help me resolve this with no fuss.
Whilst the quality of product may occasionally be questionable, their staff are always great whether that be in-store or on their support line.

Welldone Lisa your help today is beyond my gratitude BM should have more Lisa you are just amazing girl keep up the good work.

Bonjour suite a mon passage ce soir je vois un etendoir a linge 8€ payant en caisse 27€ qqch … je paie et 30 secondes a peine tjrs présente a la caisse je lui stipule une erreur sur l etendoir de 18m … non c est une erreur je lui montre en rayon on me repond que c est serré le rangement le 18m a ce prix c est l’autre … refus catégorique d un remboursement alors que je venais de payer ce produit à l’instant sans sortir du magasin ! je déconseille ce magasin de …. un avoir me voila avec un avoir qui ne me servira a rien ! Je suis verte de vous deconseil ce magasin a Arras … personnels … ainsi que aide ! pas étonnant que les gens s’enervent !!!!
aujourd’hui je vais vous dire que c est une belle bande de voleurs !! quel magasin d’arnaque!!! et la responsable qui faisait semblant de ne pas m’entendre etant juste à côté de moi !!!
