I brought two pounds to buy a doctor pepper and chicken satay skewers but it ended up being a total of £2.09 so i went to put it back. However the kind staff gave me a ~9p discount :D

I was looking to return a faulty lamp but unfortunately I no longer had the receipt although I had all the tags & packaging - the lady in store was very rude & dismissive and told me to call customer service. I called them and a lovely lady called Christine helped to resolve the issue. I am very grateful to Christine and the 5 star service she provided over the phone unlike in store.

I received a parking fine at Grimsby B&M, I emailed B&M customer service and within several days they had managed to get the parking fine cancelled.

J’ai acheté un rasoir électrique il y a moins d’un mois chez BM Bessoncourt près de Belfort.
Le rasoir ne fonctionne plus ( problème de charge de la batterie) , je n’ai plus le ticket de caisse, je suis allé au magasin avec la date et l’heure d’achat.
Une responsable m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire sans le ticket de caisse.
Il suffit de rechercher dans les fichiers pour retrouver mon achat.
Chez BM , pas de ticket de caisse pas de remboursement !
Une honte ! Je n’y mettrai plus jamais les pieds et j’encourage tous les futurs clients d’aller acheter ailleurs !

I purchased a soup maker but, when I got home, realised I had not been given the receipt I would need for the guarantee. Not expecting for this to be resolved, I contacted Customer Services who responded very quickly. They were very helpful and confirmed the information I needed to provide to trace the transaction. Within a few hours of sending this to them, they provided a PDF receipt with all the details needed. Very impressed with B&M’s customer service - a lot of other companies could learn from their efficiency and friendliness 😊

I need to return a product, but receipt was lost. A huge Thanks to Christine for helping me. She was efficient in her response and of course helped me out the best possible way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to thank the kind lady in the Braintree store who saw that I was struggling after a major op on 01/10and got me a trolly so I could complete my shopping and still look round the store. Also Claire in head office customer service who helped me with a parking ticket 15/10 which I received the same day 01/10 as I was too slow and didn’t realise that I had overstayed due to not being able to move quickly at that particular time so thank you all very much.

B&M have a good range of foods and brands. I went also to look upstairs at the diy section. What a fab range of paint types and colours, wallpapers, everything you might want when re-decorating and all in one place.
Thank you B&M for also sorting out the parking charge we were issued with when we stayed 10 mins overtime, which was due to hubby struggling to get around due to osteo-artritis and lift put of order.
Great shop, great staff.

After purchasing two tins of paint on separate occasions and did not take the receipt, I picked up silk instead of Matt. Paul at the Parkhead store on Glasgow could not have been more helpful, polite and courteous l, I wish there were more Pauls, as he is a real asset to the store.
Keep up the great work Paul.

Bought a £4.99 bag of individual share chocolates and had one just after leaving the shop. They tasted off and looked nothing like the picture on the bag. When I went to return them the manager would not refund them. I am so disappointed and will never shop at B&M again. Not so cheap and poor quality customer service.

Excellent Customer Service from B&M

I purchased a pedal bin from B&M in Welshpool, but unfortunately, after just six weeks, the lid broke and I decided to return it.

As I no longer had the receipt, I contacted customer services by email. I was absolutely delighted with the response, which was almost immediate. After providing details of when and where I had made the purchase, they were able to locate my transaction and provide me with a duplicate receipt.

Customer services then contacted the Welshpool store, and I was asked to take the item in, which I did. My refund was processed immediately, with no fuss or hassle.

I cannot thank the customer service team and the staff at B&M Welshpool enough for their professionalism, efficiency and prompt service. They made what could have been a difficult situation incredibly straightforward.

Well done, B&M! Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognised.

Excellent customer service, I emailed regarding an issue with a product purchased in store that was not up to standard. The issue was swiftly resolved by the customer service colleague, she was understanding and helpful in resolving the problem.

I overstayed in the Tiverton B&M store - no excuse I didn’t realise new parking restrictions and went over 15mins I did spend nearly £100 and decided to ask for it to be over turned - The website was easy to complete and I spoke with customer services all really helpful provided my evidence of purchase and they over turned parking charge ! Really pleased with service 😊

Sue was extremely helpful and quick in finding my receipt didn’t get frustrated when I had to repeat myself due to my young daughter banging around .

I spoke to Lisa regarding a box of Glenwood Bird Suet Pellets as after opening the box, I was dissatisfied with condition of the pellets. Lisa emailed a copy of the receipt to.me so I can call into the Hall Green, Birmingham store for a refund. Lisa was very helpful, attentive and friendly.
