Little disappointing
Overall a good service, they offer a certificate of compliance with the steel lintel which didn’t appear. Emailed and requested they send one, no answer, no certificate. Disappointing, otherwise good lintel that arrived on time.

Ordered materials 2 days before pick up . Arrived at the depot went to reception.The staff at the reception were very efficient and dealt with my order right away.Left reception and into the steel yard pick up point and my order was loaded onto my van .This took less than 15mins.In and out the stock holders in no time ,very efficient.Will definitely use them again

No delivery date notification !!
Ordered my steel beam which was easy and was notified that I would receive a confirmation date about delivery. As it was a fairly large beam I was going to need a couple of able bodied people to unload and put it out of the way until older could get round to fit it.
I was never contacted until I received a mobile call to inform me that the delivery guy was outside my house.
I wasn’t in but luckily only a couple of minutes away.
Now I’m not an invalid but I’m nearly 70 years old and have had 2 spinal operations one of which was only done 6months ago. But by the time I got home I couldn’t do anything else other than help your delivery guy unload it onto my driveway.
So my point is where was my pre delivery notification ? ?
Delivery guy was great but obviously not fair on him either.

According to the tracking information, the carrier has attempted delivery on three separate occasions, and the goods are currently being held awaiting collection. We suspect that a calling card may not have been left on those attempts, which is understandably frustrating.

Missed the delivery date
Missed the delivery date that they gave, just saying order was missed. Booked order in for the following week. Phoned back the day before delivery to ask for a more accurate time of delivery and just told phone back at 8 in the morning even though the order could be there before 8.
