We’ve investigated this issue and couldn’t find any emails or records of calls regarding this matter. Our sales team has also confirmed they didn’t receive any communication on this, as we would have been more than willing to assist in resolving it promptly.
We’re unaware of any extra items included beyond what was ordered and assume this may have been the pallet or protective baseboard used to secure and protect the products during transit. If that’s the case, we apologize for any inconvenience it caused.
To help us minimize issues like this for future deliveries, we ask that any concerns with a delivery are reported via email. This helps us track and report to our transport team to improve the process for everyone.
