Delivery vehicle
I told the company not to send a large 60ft HGV to my house for the delivery but they took no notice and sent one anyway causing issues for the driver who I felt sorry for. In the end he at to park in the entrance to the lane blocking off the access then use his remote FLT which ripped up all the grass verge . Not the drivers fault though. Why don’t you just listen to the customer.

Insulated plaster boards
Quality insulated plaster boards easy to cut to size and and the heat difference is really noticeable.

Items delivered promptly all good
Items delivered promptly and carefully packed on a pallet with a piece of insulating board to cushion them! Slight hiccup in the system the day before delivery when got notification that it was packed and ready to go then that it had been delivered within 10 minutes! All sorted with a quick phone call!

Had an issue originally with too large a wagon being sent to the site with the order. However upon emailing customer service to explain the problem, this was quickly resolved in a friendly manner. Products arrived as described and delivery driver helpful.

Delivery was too quick
Price was great, delivery really quick.
but I was expecting the delivery 2 days later.
Fantastic that it was so quick
but
you delivered in the pouring rain and I had no way of getting it under cover until the builders arrived the next day.
Everything was damp and not as good as when it was delivered.
Hope we don't have to waste any.

the date given on the email is a By date.so they can come early. but you should of been advised they are on there way via an email. we are sorry for any inconvenience/confusion caused. but these should of been water tight. and under normal condition the rain shouldn't of harmed them. So we will investigate this further.

Delivery good, but some shortcomings
The delivery driver was excellent and dropped our order on its pallet at the top of our drive. Unfortunately we were not expecting the delivery as we were told it would come on the Wed and it arrived Mon; fortunately my wife was home. Most of the T&G flooring panels had edge damage as a result of the banding, and one panel had the whole tongue destroyed. Hopefully I will be able to work around the damage, caused by essentially poor packaging, i.e. no packing pieces to protect the product.

The product I ordered and paid for was…
The product I ordered and paid for was not supplied although I was assured it was available the day I paid for it. Some of the replacement product was in poor condition and took far longer to deliver than I was told.
