Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. We placed an order for fans for our office, but the order was simply cancelled and refunded with no meaningful explanation. Why list products for sale if you are not actually going to supply them? This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time. Very poor experience. Other customers be aware!

Hi. I understand you are frustrated with our decision to cancel same of your order.
Yesterday an order was made by you for all of the 22 pedestal fans we had in stock which we believed to be an excessive amount for one person considering the current nationwide stock shortage.
We have looked further into the purchase and find that your company does in fact sell on pedestal fans and so they would probably be for re sale and not for your own use. You could in fact purchase more fans from your usual suppliers.
We feel we should allow genuine customers to purchase fans from us to use in this current heatwave.
We have honoured two fans which are on their way to you.
We are sorry this has caused you frustration but am sure you can understand our decision.

Excellent speedy delivery.
