Big delay in shipping
I placed an order on December 3rd at cyber monday. They promised to deliver by Christmas and until today on the 19th it hasn't even been sent yet.. it's the 2nd time this happens to me. I've already sent dm on insta and several contact attempts. Answers always very vague, saying that they are late and that it does not happen again but the order is still not sent. They don't even answer on Instagram.

Sara, we are sorry. We told you it would arrive by Christmas and it did not, and vague answers by email and Instagram were no help. Knowing it was the second time makes it worse. We fell far behind with shipping after Black Friday 2024, and that is on us. Very Disappointing
I placed an order on November 29th, 2024, and still haven’t received anything. They only say there are delays, but provide no updates or concrete information. I’ve emailed them to complain, but their responses are vague and unhelpful. It has been a bad experience, and I hope the order arrives soon.

Tatiana, we are sorry. Three weeks of waiting and being told only that there are delays is not a real answer. We fell far behind with shipping after Black Friday 2024 and did not give customers the concrete information they needed. Hice un pedido hace dos semanas, según ponía el envío exprés tardaba 3 dias.. pues aún no me ha llegado nada y empiezo a sospechar que es un estafa. No hay información sobre el pedido mas que un correo de confirmación de la compra, he escrito al correo info @ bm-collective.com y sigo esperando respuesta.

I made the order on the 10th of November, and the order hasn't shipped yet. I contacted customer service on the 16th of November, and they said to give them a few days, and they would resolve the issue. As of today, the 28th of November, I haven't received any emails about shipping my order. This is bad service.

Kein Betrug aber mangelnde Qualität
In meinen Augen handelt es sich nicht um eine betrügerische Firma. Die Lieferung kam ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die T-Shirts und Pullover sind aber leider nach dem ersten Mal waschen sehr eingegangen, der Schriftzug hat sich nach der ersten Wäsche bereits abgelöst, nach mehrmaligem Waschen ist dieser stark verblasst.
