We have searched our records thoroughly and cannot find an order, an email or a message from you. That is not us dismissing your experience, and here is what we believe happened.
Lauren Blum is operated by MB Collective, a company registered in Breda, in the Netherlands. We are BMCollective, a streetwear brand operated from Spain. The names are almost identical with the letters reversed, and the two companies are not connected in any way. We have no involvement in that store, its shipping or its refund policy, and unfortunately no way to help you recover your money from them.
If it turns out you did order from us at some point, send your order number to info@bm-collective.com and we will look into it straight away.
We hope you get your refund resolved.

Dirty Ts
I bought two T-shirts and the order arrived on time, however the clothes were dirty..
When contacted the help services, they only refunded for one t-shirt and ghosted me about the second one… still awaiting for their response.
Anyway, tshirts have good quality, but must not arrive dirty.
