make it easier for the small business book keepers.
The option of quarterly billing would be much appreciated. entering in bill information and data entry for electricity efficiencies every month is time consuming, particularly when a small business such as us has 8 or 9 accounts over several sites. as we have recently switched to BLU NRG, trying to keep ongoing accurate record of electricity usage/ costs and the ability for historical relevance becomes difficult when billing cycles are changed between suppliers.
2nd point: Whilst we love seeing negative balances on our monthly accounts sometimes, the whole issue of negative account balances (sometimes accruing over months) is a headache for small business book keepers, especially when trying to do monthly reconciliations. Please provide the option of refunds paid each month to help out the book keeper.
