Even though it is much higher than I'd like it to be I would hate to think what my invoice would now be with my last provider.

Price hikes are disappointing

We changed over to Blue NRG because our previous provider was increasing their rates. The rate we were given with Blue NRG was better, but now you have increased the rates after only 2 months using your service.

Prompt service, very easy.

Great customer service

Absolutely first rate customer service. My consultant Stuart Osborne literally moved heaven and earth to make sure I had the appropriate energy plan and to work through the connection process. I wish I could clone Stuart as he was exemplary. The energy plan was also very appropriate for my needs and budget so a major tick for the company itself.

Price seem more competitive than others at the time

It was all automatic. I did not have to do anything.

What appalling customer relations! Your staff simply DO NOT LISTEN and will not meet a client half way.
Your staff would not accept that we needed a quote on a job prior to agreeing to the job. They would not move forward until we agreed to the job, no matter the cost to us. It simply went around and around on the same treadmill. I could not cancel our contract fast enough. Atrocious! Never ever again will I use BlueNRG

So far, so good. Easy to deal with and cheaper than my previous provider.

Don’t like estimate bills, just charge 1 bill per quarter, feels like price cheating

Had some initial delay with setting up electricity connection. Overall happy with how Blue NRG handled delay and connection of power.

This company seems to deliberately employ tactics to take advantage of customer who aren't on guard and looking for changes to their bills. What they are doing is not illegal, AFAIK, but definitely unethical and sneaky. Basically, once you've signed up with them at an agreed price (which is normally expressed in comparison to the reference rate for electricity) they will just send out an email which will state that the price is changing. In our case our price was adjusted from a price below the reference rate to 42.5% above it, a more than 250% increase. I could not find another provide charging that much regardless of plan, and it's hard to find a provider offering a rate above the reference rate (other than "greenpower" or similar), so to be 42.5% above it just blatantly excessive. If you deal with this company you will need to be on guard at all times. Check every bill, compare it to the last one, because if you just ignore them and trust that the company is doing the right thing and will remain reasonably competitive over time you will be unpleasantly surprised.

You charged well over the normal rate. As such we will never use you and will continue to express our disappointment you to our business community. I’m sure

You guys all sell the same product. There is no difference. Price is the only motivator in decision making! Get used to it!!👍🏽
