Great torch. Just needs more
This torch is phenomenal but it isn’t secure enough on my service uniform. I have had to purchase a little Keyring and Carabina in order to use it safely and prevent loss.

I keep getting emails asking me to review an order I still haven’t received. I get it’s probably automated but seriously?! It’s getting annoying now. The Shop app shows it as shipped but I haven’t had any shipping updates either so just kind of assuming it’s en route and will arrive at some point.

Poor
Sadly out of the 3 items I ordered I’ve received only one. I was told that one thing was out of stock and the other on the way, but the torch hasn’t arrived and there still isn’t a sign of the refund for the out of stock item. Not an acceptable standard of service in my opinion.

We have sent you two emails. Both asking if you wanted either a refund or replacement item. We have not heard back from you. Due to this your refund was processed mid last week so should be with you and the torch was also shipped so again should be with you shortly.

Tactical Torch - Amazing product!!!
I recently purchased one of the tactical torches to replace both my bog standard issued work torch and my “larry torch” that I was finding too large and inconvenient to carry around with me. I mainly purchased it for the size of the torch and how much more easier it would be to carry on my uniform, however I must say I was extremely impressed with the quality of the torch itself and how bright it actually is!! PLUS, no need for batteries which is even better :D will definitely be recommending my team to get their hands on one of these!
