Hi Peter. Sorry you haven’t received your item yet. Once our orders are dispatched they’re sent via Royal Mail. Once it is with them it is out of control on how quickly they deliver even after paying for 1st/2nd class. With the recent backlogs in deliveries and strike action they are running with some delays. Again once we have handed it to them it is out of our control on how quickly it is delivered.
