Not impressed.
My initial order wait time was ridiculous, the bag didn’t arrive, I then contacted numerous times in many different ways and after a long wait the issue was finally rectified.
Since receiving my bag, I have tried to contact again as the bag is falling apart but instead of a reply my message was read and ignored. I would not buy from this company again

I didn't receive my order on time, it took an extra month from the point of order for items to arrive. I was told my customer services this was due to items being on "pre-order" but no where did it say this. When the order eventually arrived, I only got 1 of the 2 items I ordered, and am yet to receive the 2nd or get a response from customer services. Wouldnt order through them again, and would've been 1 star had it not been for the fact they support the emergency services...

Hi Jack. We have sent out your name tape in the last week, if you still haven’t received it please let us know and we can send you another. In relation to the pre-order torches. I don’t know how we can make it more clear. It’s listed in 3 different places on the website, including product page itself. You will also see an estimated delivery time which in your case was delivered within the time period. Unfortunately we don’t have a customer services department as we are solely two frontline officers running this in between our normal duties. I am sorry you feel like you have had to wait and will email you personally to help resolve this situation.

I bought the Tac Vest Clip Torch, it came quickly and looks brilliant on my kit. It holds a good charge and doesn’t take too long to charge. Everyone on my team has either got one or asked about it. 100% recommend for those of the frontline!

Could not fault the experience I have had with BLT at all. From ordering to receiving the product was easy and even when I messaged the team to confirm things with them I got an answer back from them quickly. The product itself is amazing! I would recommend any police officer to order their gear from these guys as the products are amazing and are really good value! Thanks to the BLT team for the amazing work and products and coming back to me so quickly! 100% recommend using them!

Great products
I’ve used these guys to purchase there torches, the clip on and hand held. Both are amazing, I use them on a regular and I cannot go without them. I’ve had them both for around a year and they are still going strong. I would recommend these guys to purchase high quality kit for the front line!!

Avoid at all costs.
Order was placed on 24th Feb.
By 8th March, still had not received it. Contacted via email to cancel the order. On 9th March told that I couldn't cancel as it had already been shipped and to expect it early the following week.
Product did not arrive until 23rd March, 13 days after I had originally been told it had been sent.
Royal Mail label said it was posted on 21st March.
So when I requested to cancel, no shipping had been paid for by BLT.
Products arrived in their Chinese manufacturers packaging. Evidently reselling cheap products from Amazon and eBay at a significant mark up.
Even the P&P is over priced. £7.99 I paid. The Royal Mail label says £3.49, meaning there is a £4.50 mark up on the shipping alone.
Communication is poor.
Products are poor quality and cheaply made.
Overpriced shipping.
Not adhering to consumer rights r.e. online orders, cooling off periods, and 14 day right to return.

You have unfortunately not been happy from the get go. We have tried to provide you a reasonable service however you have not been happy at any stage.
This review seems odd to me as you are a 3rd time buyer and have never had an issue before. So the cheap products you refer to seems false, as I suspect had you had an issue before you would have raised it.
We offered you a refund, however you were unhappy with that. We have now given you a full refund and allowed you to keep the goods which you are apparently unsatisfied with.
Our shipping costs are transparent and are clearly marked at the checkout stage. Again, being a previous customer you are aware of this as you have previously paid this shipping on order #2216.
I would avoid this buyer at all costs due to the fact you have previously made orders and requested cancellations immediately, which on your previous order we obliged with. I request you do not purchase from us again or interact with our business.
