Jayne came to my office, which is largely paper-based and assisted me in saving thousands of pounds each year in expenditure (first year £2500.00) and also saved my time on a day-to-day basis, which almost certainly saves me more than the initial monetary value of £2500.00. The PA's appointed to undertake my work new the case management system I worked on, which made it so much easier when giving instructions (as I didn't need to break it down into baby steps).
