Excellent and friendly communications throughout dealing with two estates

It has been a challenging time for the family, and the service we received from Adam and the team has been absolutely first class. Highly professional, walked us through every step of the process with empathy and care, prompt responses to all of our communications. We will recommend their services to friends and family going forward and will be engaging their services again in the future.

Adam was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us confidence that our probate application was in good hands. He is knowledgeable, responsive to queries, and kept us fully updated on the progress of our application. I wouldn't hesitate to instruct him again.

I Would not hesitate to recommend Trustestate or indeed use them again should the unfortunate need arise. Adam explained the whole process clearly and simply. He always responded quickly to my queries and made suggestions pertinent to my situation. I can't thank him enough for making a daunting task a lot easier.

I was a little disappointed with the service at first to be honest but I’ve got to say any issues I had were dealt with promptly by Adam so all in all we got there ! Eventually !
