This education was easier than I expected. Courses were detail oriented and very well structured. I was given enough time to complete my courses and training. Would recommend to others.

Even after I purchased them, my training classes are not showing on my dashboard. I sent a message to contact someone, but there is no one that has reached out.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We have responded to your issue which was an auto assignment script error and your courses are now available. We responded within 6 hours and your issue was fixed immediately. I appreciate the frustration but please bear in mind you contacted support late on Saturday night - leaving 'weaponized' reviews is not helpful to other customers, please get back in touch if you have any further issues, Polly
Knowledgable and accessable

Hi Donel, we received your email on 9th July and replied 4 hours stating we do indeed offer an acceptance gurantee and would be happy to provide a refund, later asking you to provide written confirmation from your employer as to why they will not accept the certification (an email or screenshot is fine). We received no further reply or contact from you until you left this review.

a few errors, but overall helpful course
Was easy to navigate and super informative, but i think there were a few errors with the modules.
one lesson repeated twice in the same module but with different lesson titles, so i think maybe there's a lesson missing or mistake made. a few other sections in the body artist specific lessons were also in latin ? I'm pretty sure, definitely another language though! i still feel i was able to get the information i needed from the course, but some tweaks to the modules may help future course-takers
