This plateform is really bad , i have ordered some of ruppes 2000 rs , 1 month gone but no update no email

Even i mailed to company they did not reply

This ia fake company

Delivery is too delayed no customer support is provided,but accurate product is delivered.
Product is delivered from Dublin Ireland. I had ordered green stud finger ring.

My order was never delivered. Customer service initially responded and said the order would come after 1 month and then when it didn’t arrive, stopped responding altogether.

I paid for a ring i never received. It's been over a month now, and there is no response from their so-called customer care. Avoid these people! Use Amazon or go to a reputed jeweler.

I would give it 0000000. I wish there was a 0 option. No product for over 1 months inspite of payment. Fraud company. Don't listen to their lies, the product will not be delivered

Order paid and confirmed on December 17, 2025 but no delivery to date. Fraudulent company that needs to be shutdown before it fleeces more people. Where are the authorities when they are needed???

I ordered in November 2025 but till now order never got delivered and 3000 INR wasted in this fake website.

It's a fraudulent site. They take the payment but do not deliver the order. When you follow up over email on the status of the order, they do not revert. Their site needs to get banned so they cannot con more people

I got scammed too, been 1 month no updates no responses. Just a fake website with fake reviews and fake items listed.

This is not a trusted website at all, the government of India should stop this website so as to protect the innocent buyers who are easy prey to this website. This website does not even have a tracking system or they don't have a customer care number.
They don't respond to emails. This website only flees innocent indians of their hard earned money. We need to use social media to enlarge the public and caution them not to buy from this fake website.

Worst experience it’s been a month we haven’t received our product and it’s prepaid ! Nor there is any response from bling queen ! We can only email them and thr is no reply ! Looks like fraud to me !

Haven't received my order. Emails are only eliciting glib explanations about how Customs has held up shipment (my order was for a bunch of cat pendants) and a promise of a partial refund after delivery (GOK When that will happen). This is a website to be avoided

Its been 2 months and still not response from Bling queen on my shipment... Completly stopped the communication....

I ordered a product from them and they never delivered the product nor reimbursed the amount to me.

All fake company they don't answer your emails sometimes they do but not satisfactory and nor do they refund money back. They don't provide their mobile contact. Lost Rs 2000 worth.🥺🥺Do not buy any products 🤗

Not want to give single star to bling queen, i placed order on 22nd nov 2025, yet order not received.

BlingQueen is a fraudster seller. I ordered a neck chain from blingqueen.in on Dec 17 2025 which was supposed to be delivered latest by 7 Jan 2026 but it has just never been delivered to me. I sent them multiple emails and there's no response at all. This is under the Order # BQ30800 on blingqueen.in website.

I would never recommend this site though there are attractive jewellery displayed in the website. There is no response at all. Please be very careful before you purchase from this store.
