I placed an order and made the payment on 10.02.2026 - order no. BQ37282. Have received a confirmation by mail. Have not received the product or any update after that. No response to my emails.

I havent yet received my product which was ordered on 8th of February 2026.No tracking details provided irrespective of multiple mails sent.my order number BQ36796.

Ordered and paid for earrings, no sign of them, after constantly hassling them they have sent a cheap pair of earrings not what i ordered request for return and refund is being ignored don’t go near them they are thieving rogues !!

Today I messaged them my "Sixth" REQUEST,
There is NO RESPONSE FROM Blingqueen..
last Request was made by email on 28th Feb 2026.

I ordered a bracelet that looked great on their website.

The product i received was NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE ON YOUR WEBSITE, it was very light weight and flimsy.
My request was :

"PLEASE TAKE BACK THE POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND REFUND MY AMOUNT ASAP"

Previously, I placed an order, made the payment, but neither received the product nor a refund. I lost 4k indian rupees. Their customer services aren't trustable.

There is no facility for zero star or minus star..otherwise I would have given that..no coustemer compliances are there...requesting everyone to avoid buying from them...worst service I have ever experienced.

SCAM - Stay away !

Ordered a ring for my daughter , money taken and no delivery. No contact via email, no contact phone number.

Hi everyone , Bling queen.in is a FRAUD WEBSITE. Ordered a product and paid but product DELIVERED with wrong item after two months. No customer service. No response to email. DO NOT BUY from the website.

This website appears to be completely unreliable and misleading. I ordered a flower brooch in a specific colour, but they delivered a different colour item instead.
There is no contact number available anywhere to reach customer care or the seller. The only way to contact them is through email, but they never respond. There is also no option to cancel the order or initiate a return directly from the website. The only instruction given is to send a complaint email and wait for their response before returning the product — but they never reply.
This makes it impossible for customers to resolve issues or get refunds/replacements. Once you place an order, you are left with no support.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from this seller. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Fradulent site. Initially they said the product is enroute. But since then they are not responding to any requests nor refunds. Absolutely shameful and thy should be jailed

Frustrated with the follow-up of the Blingqueen team, Item ordered on 12th Jan'26 . I missed to notice the absence of the phone number in portal. Don't know will I be getting the ordered ring or not. Because of this lost trust on other Genuine suppliers also.

I have ordered Silver bangles on 27th Jan 2026 and till today it is not delivered. Wrote to customer support for an update but there is no response. There is no contact number for customer support. No update. Have spent rs 5350 on the order no refund nor there is any update. It is so frustrating

Fraud scam I got duped

I ordered 2 jewellery for about 1500 on 11th Jan and it's been one month stuck at confirmation, after countless of emails I haven't heard from them seems like many people are facing from the same issues.

I ordered A snake chain on 14th Jan 2026 for 1300 and till today it is not delivered and there is absolutely no msg about shipping or dispatch. I wrote To their email multiple times and there is absolutely no reply, looks like a Fraud company,

Never sent my item - ignore all my emails. Worst customer service ever - don’t buy from these scammers

I gave them my money for an item, and they stole it. It has been days with zero updates, zero emails, and zero help. They took the cash and ran. Do not buy anything from here. You will not get your item. You will only lose your money. They are professional thieves hiding behind a screen. Save yourself and stay away.
