Blakesleys Ltd  Omdömen

Good communication, good quality product

A really good service , there was a problem with the delivery but it was rectified within a day and we are very pleased with service given we will be looking at blakesleys for garden furniture in the future.

Excellent communication after initial reported delays in the delivery timescale.

I pre-ordered a Titan Pergola on-line for a very competitive price. I had email confirmation immediately. The item arrived as described. Whenever I asked for an update they got back to me very quickly.

Very good product. Very comfortable and well made. Prompt delivery. Only appear to do a right angle cover. Blakesleys very good to deal with. Would recommend.

Great customer service and efficient delivery; would shop with them again and definitely recommend.

Thanks Blakesleys for great service. Bought a 4x3m pergola from them, it arrived with slight damage to one of the parts caused in transit so I emailed Ian to inform him of the damage. He replied within minutes to send him a photo of the damage and he would arrange for a replacement from the manufacturer. This didn't take days or even hours but minutes.
Many thanks to Ian and the guys and girls at Blakesleys for a first class service, I cannot recommend this company enough.
And the price was great too. 5 stars

Excellent product easy to assemble, solid well made very pleased

Good company to deal with. Ian was helpful when phoned to check thing .
Delivery company was on time and the delivery men put the pergola boxes where I asked them to put them
Thanks and would recommend Blakesleys garden

Although delayed Ian kept me updated with delivery expectations and everything arrived as expected. Pergola looks great👌

Good service and prices but had no communication between order and delivery 3 weeks later

Great customer service, good price, love the product. Very well packaged.

Good value for money. Delivery not as quick as I had hoped but probably not helped by 2 bank holidays. No contact from courier which could have been awkward if I was not in.

Very well priced garden furniture, but there was a sale on and super fast delivery. We were kept updated on delivery date and times. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Ordered on a Thursday, which was the jubilee bank holiday weekend, and they arrived on the following Tuesday. Product was of excellent quality and cheaper than on a lot of other sites we had checked. I would certainly use them again.

We are really pleased with the Nova - Cambridge Corner Dining Set and a speedy delivery.

Amazing company to deal with: easy to order, affordable prices, excellent quality outdoor set and quick delivery, we actually received our set within 3 working days!!!
Highly recommended company!!

Blakesleys saved the day for us after White Stores had messed us around immensely. Fab service and customer care
