Blakesleys Ltd  Omdömen

Amazing service from start to finish. Great price and delivered within 48 hours. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great communication, quick delivery! Clearly a company that cares about its customers. Thank you very much

Furniture that i ordered arrived in good condition, at a really good price. The delivery team kept me informed all the way via their tracking system. Had to call Blakesleys after i thought something was missing, was informed that that item could not be shipped at the same time .. health and safety blah blah.. arrived following day . very happy with service.

Quick delivery of the furniture. There was a delay with some of the order, but this was sorted by the seller. Good communication and decent quality of products.

Excellent service and personal contact to advise stock etc.

The parasol is very unstable not happy with it.

The garden furniture is all lovely.

So we had been let down by a company for furniture so we contacted Blakesleys.
They responded straight away and saved my birthday party / gender reveal for the weekend. They delivered the patio set that we wanted within 2 days. Everything was smooth, absolutely excellent service. Can’t recommend them enough.

Great service, prompt delivery.
The delivery was after 6pm but I was informed
No complaints at all

Fantastic experience, I brought from here instead of the Whitestore due to there bad reviews. So pleased I did as everything arrived perfectly packaged & all as planned. Ian was brilliant & kept me informed along the way. The Nova set is stunning...thrilled to bits :)

You want feedback on an item that has both been delivered??

Highly recommend, customer service very good, kept up to date with order status and delivery, delivery seemless and on time. Very well packaged furniture, no problems and looks great, very good quality. Would buy from Blakesleys again. THANK YOU

Excellent service. Arrived well packed.
Easy to assemble

Ordered the Nova Titan pergola.Delivery was very quick and now assembled we are really pleased with our purchase

I ordered the Nova Titan Pergola from Blakesleys, everywhere else had a waiting list and Blakesleys had it at a good price. Delivery was quick.

Good price and good service in a challenging environment especially where importing goods from China can be really tough and unpredictable.

Ian was excellent in arranging for our delivery, despite my very awkward request. Our furniture arrived as promised, I am very pleased. Great service.

Great service from Blakesley though communication from delivery provider could have been better.
Very happy with furniture

Absolutely brilliant service from Blakesleys. Communications were excellent and a small problem was resolved quickly by Ian. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I purchased a 4 x 3 aluminium pergola from Blakesleys recently and I am very pleased with it.
It’s well designed and made. Although I managed to erect it myself with a little help from my wife it really is at least a two person job. If you purchase the pull down screen that definitely will need two people to put up.
