It's intuitive to use and they continually update based on their customer's needs. I'm using it to book my coaching sessions and appreciate that I can offer discounts for multiple sessions. I'm loving it!

Excellent customer service. They are always adding and expanding their integrations and appointment types. Live demos and chat support help you stay on top of new features.

I've been using BLAB for over 2 years now - It's easy to use, and offer lots of features. I install nearly all my digital marketing clients on this platform, even if they are less digital savvy, they are all super happy with BLAB. I became a member in 2017 and started heavily using in 2019.
No need for any other calendar platform. I have a B2C business, and a podcast. The platform easily handles scheduling absolutely different calendars for both.
My over 60 clients are able to use it, and rarely have troubles.
I also hardly ever have no-shows as the platform makes it easy for them to reschedule or cancel if needed.
Yay! It takes the place of an assistant for a fraction of the price.

I looked for a booking platform for a while. I started out on Calendly... and I watched PLENTY of YouTube videos in which one is good... prices, and what they do. I tried and looked at many platforms. As a solopreneur, and artist.... I really wanted something that easily went into ALL of my calendars... had different types of meetings and didn't constrict me too much nor charge me an arm and a leg and your first born. I wanted it to quickly help me to book it with zoom and integrate and do it all. And this did it. Yes, it's not free... but the value provided far outweighs the cost... and I don't have to constantly disconnect this or that event to be under a certain amount. This has been a NO BRAINER for me and I am glad that I found it.
