Book Like A Boss Omdömen 

Great solution for a growing team! Lot's of customizations and oversight ability. Not perfect, but definitely one of the best solutions out there.

We have Been with book like a boss for five years or so and really enjoyed their quality of product and constant improvements. We recently upgraded from SOLO to company accounts, so we had lots of questions which were answered very quickly and gave advice. The support team are always friendly and patient You guys rock!!!!

I want to start this by saying that I do not have any other reason to post this review, other than the fact that the BLAB software has been a critical piece to the success of my company. There is nothing else on the market that even comes close. If I was allowed to only have my choice of one software, this would be it. Support is also amazing. Cant say enough.

I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but customer service has taken two days to respond, which seems the new norm across several SaaS now. Too long for my taste, but on the flip side, most of the time you won't need it as BLAB is pretty easy to navigate.

Honestly, this is a must buy! I have tried other calendar apps, and the functionality, even though I don’t use it all, it amazing. The basic functions, booking links, and setting accounts up are super easy. My business is currently on the company plan, at it makes syncing information, and tracking bookings a dream. It’s worth 5 stars.

There are a few things that I wish it had, but they are minor. Sometimes the development can be slow, but I find that’s because they are working to make sure it works the first time, and it isn’t buggy, so I appreciate that.

I would like to be able to change the padding to not automatically happen before and after an appointment, as that adds additional time that I don’t really need. It’s smart, so if I have an appointment from 1-1:45, and a 15 min buffer, it will allow for bookings at 2, but I I didn’t need a buffer after that kind of appointment there isn’t a way to add that.

Additionally, it would be nice to connect to more than one integration. For example, I have a couple google business accounts that utilize Meet, and I would love for different appointments to be linked to a different account, but this is not by any means a deal breaker.

In my experience the support always gets back to me before they indicate on the website. It’s like the old adage “Under promise, but over deliver.” They do that well especially when it comes to the support. As an aside the founder Nachum, has always been really great!

Finally, I would highly recommend this, especially if you are looking for an “all-in-one” solution to manage your time. It really is good.

BLAB is always getting better. It doesn't always do what I want but I can say it's growing and is a good fit for many people wanting an online booking system. It's better than many others.

I am a huge fan and user of Book Like A Boss. Several years ago, I was happy to drop a competitor and move over to Book Like A Boss. It was a great decision!!!!

I have been using Book Like a Boss for a few years and still get lots of comments from clients on how easy it is to book an appointment! The user interface is clean, professional, and modern. And they are constantly improving the product with new and incredible features!

Great software lacks a few things that I need BUT!!! their support is excellent they actually have done some Zoom calls with me to listen to what I need and needed! some they put in place others they plan to put in place. How is that for a company?? They listen and take action. Would I recommend YES YES YES!!!

I was looking for an appointment application and found a lot more with book like a boss, it's a way to introduce all I do and provide options not only for my customers and clients but also for me.

Book Like a Boss is simple, easy to use and highly effective. I love that they are constantly integrating new features and providing lots of training. While there are some features i would find helpful that are not yet available, BLAB is always adding features and they are very responsive to the needs/requests of customers. Besides, it is very affordable as well.

Love the evolution and responses to our requests! I am happy with this purpose.
