In my opinion

In my opinion, Bitget is a total scam when it comes to futures trading.
Based on my personal experience, the price action feels heavily manipulated. I have seen many situations where the price was suddenly pushed toward my liquidation level. As soon as I closed a position, the market instantly moved in the opposite direction.
The same thing happens when entering a trade — right after opening a position, the price immediately goes against me. If I switch direction, the market does the exact same thing again and moves against the new position.
It honestly feels like they are using bots or internal mechanisms designed to hunt liquidations and wipe out traders’ positions. This kind of behavior completely destroys trust and makes futures trading on Bitget feel unfair and rigged.

Scandal: Bitget is holding my funds for 180 days without any justification

Critical update(11.02.2026) STAY AWAY FROM Bitget!

Caise#2830186 - In this case, Bitget seized nearly 25% of my funds, even though they initially attempted to seize 75%. After a second quarterly audit, they once again—without any basis—named a token for which I have zero trading history. This is clearly proven by the CSV file I downloaded directly from their own website.
#2717521 The most critical official response in this case is their own confirmation, which denies the existence of any trade on the given token, despite their investigations lasting more than 6 months.Two support agents also formally denied the existence of these trades․
Over the course of these 6 months, I have opened more than 25 support cases, yet I was never provided with clear information. In the end, they completely ignored the undeniable facts.11.02.2026

This is an official exposure of a scandal involving Bitget. My assets have been frozen for 6 months, and the situation has reached a point of total absurdity. Bitget is now completely contradicting itself.
Three months after the freeze, Bitget formally accused me of 'abnormal profit.' However, when I demanded proof, both your Live Chat agents and your Email support team officially confirmed that I have NEVER traded this token in my account's entire history. There is absolutely no logic in your actions: if there is no trading history on the token, there can be no 'abnormal profit.'
Despite admitting this error, Bitget is now applying the following tactic: they explicitly told me that because I refuse to 'return' profit from a token I never traded, they are 'closing the case until further notice.'
This is predatory behavior! You are using a proven lie to keep my account locked indefinitely. Every time I contact Live Chat, agents promise to 'speed up' the process, but this is clearly a lie used to buy time.
I have documented all chat transcripts and emails as evidence of this coercion and self-contradiction. If my funds are not released within 48 hours without any arbitrary conditions, I will publish all screenshots on X (Twitter) and Reddit, tagging global crypto-activists․Release my funds now!"

Übel... Ganz übel!

Mir wurde für eine Position mit einem Leverage von 112 USDT eine Finanzierungsgebühr von 29 USDT berechnet. Eine Finanzierungsgebühr erhebt Bitget alle 8 Stunden auf alle Future Positionen. Das ist auch grundsätzlich okay, solange diese bei den üblichen 0,1 Prozent liegt. Bei mir waren es bei dieser Position aber 30 Prozent, was natürlich ein Fehler ist. Ich habe dies Bitget per Supportticket gemeldet und eine Rückerstattung erwartet. Wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass diese Gebühr in dieser Höhe völlig korrekt ist, es folglich völlig normal wäre, dass der gesamte Einsatz innerhalb von 24 Stunden nur durch die Gebühren verloren wäre. Man spricht dort in einem Supportfall nur mit Bots die das Problem nicht verstehen und immer wieder völlig absurde Antworten geben.

Ich habe mein Geld schnellstmöglich von dem Bitget Wallet abgehoben und werde nun meinen Account löschen. Bin froh, dass ich nur einen vergleichsweise geringen Betrag verloren habe. Bei eienm Einsatz von 10.000 Euro hätte ich 3000 Euro verloren. Das hätte der Bot aber sicherlich auch völlig in Ordnung gefunden.

Meine Empfehlung: Lasst die Finger von dem Laden.

Update: An der Antwort auf meine Bewertung bestätigt sich mein Eindruck. Auch hier hat wieder ein Bot geantwortet. Kein Mensch würde jemanden der sich über die unzureichende Bearbeitung eines Support Tickets beschwert empfehlen ein Support Ticket zu öffnen oder sich an ein Bot Live Chat zu wenden ;-)

Würde ich nicht nochmal machen.
Der Versuch mit Bidget Daten eine Steuererklärung ist absolut hoffnungslos. Die Transaktionshistorien sind sehr oft auf 3 bzw. 6 Monate begrenzt, damit für Jahressteuererklärungen unbrauchbar. Vor allem wenn es um das vorherige Jahr geht.
Der Export der Transaktionen via API in die gängigen Plattformen (Blockpit, Cointracking, etc) generiert hoch lückenhafte Transaktionshistorien und damit massiv fehlerhafte Gewinne/ Verlustausweis. Zusammen mit den zeitlich begrenzten Historien stehe ich aktuell vor einer unlösbaren Aufgabe, eine korrekte Steuererklärung abzugeben.

Die Oberfläche von Bitget ist sehr wenig nutzerfreundlich, und völlig überladen mit Werbung und Kaufanreizen.

Kaufen von Cryptos und einzahlen von Geld ist viel einfacher als das Geld wieder zu bekommen. Ich habe einige Stunden gebraucht, die Optionen zu finden.

Es gibt viel zu viele unterschiedliche Optionen, was man wo wie traden etc kann, wem man folgen/ kopieren kann, welche Aktionen es gerade wo wie gibt usw, so dass es für nicht Experten kaum zu. durchschauen ist.

Prolonged Account Restriction and Lack of Response

I am submitting this message as a formal complaint regarding the prolonged restrictions on my account, the lack of clear process management, and the absence of timely responses from your support team.

My account (UID: 1836148021) was initially placed under restriction for a 7-day review period, as communicated by your team. After this period concluded, I was informed that the main review had been completed and that only final checks remained, with an additional estimated timeline of 48–72 hours. However, despite the completion of both the initial review period and the subsequent final review window, I have not received any clear update regarding the status of my account.

Throughout this process, I have fully cooperated by providing all requested documents and information in a timely manner. Nevertheless, my account access remains restricted, and I have not been able to restart the identity verification process as previously indicated. Furthermore, follow-up messages sent to obtain clarification have remained unanswered, which has contributed to significant uncertainty and inconvenience.

In addition, the activation of my account on another platform depends on the verification of deposit transactions originating from my Bitget account. For this purpose, a detailed asset flow statement covering the past 12 months (including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, dates, amounts, networks, and available transaction references) is strictly required. This request has been clearly communicated to your team; however, no response or documentation has been provided so far. As a result, my financial activities on a third-party platform are also being directly affected.

While I understand that security and compliance reviews may require careful handling, the repeated extension of stated timelines without proper communication and the lack of transparency regarding next steps fall short of reasonable service standards and have caused material inconvenience.

Accordingly, I formally request:

A clear and written update on the current status of my account review,

An updated and realistic timeline for the completion of the review process,

The provision of the requested asset flow statement or an official alternative document suitable for third-party verification, or a written explanation if such documentation cannot be provided.

I kindly request that this complaint be formally recorded and that I receive a written response addressing the points outlined above.

You can deposit, more , trading allow on freeze assets but you can't withdraw because it's freeze ,
And bitget verification system also very hard. Because they give you a note of 1500 to 3000 word and told you to write it on white paper and also hold cnic front in selfi but your face,note you write on white paper and your cnic are clearly visible to verify but how it is possible it is possible in one selfi frame .
My assets still freeze from 2023 .
So don't waste your money guys

Avevo sentito parlar bene di Bitget

Avevo sentito parlar bene di Bitget e quindi ho voluto provare con un versamento test a Dicembre scorso di 100 €, che al momento risultano aumentati a circa 105 €. Bene quindi sul rendimento, peccato però che non riesca a prelevare e nemmeno a versare, cosa che peraltro non farei se prima non riesco a prelevare.
Qualcuno mi sa spiegare cosa sta succedendo?

Prämienpunkte-Einlösungen wurden permanent verweigert, dann Tausende Pkt. gelöscht...

Hier bei Bitget schreibt man sich die Hände wund mit Reklamationen / Beschwerden und hofft vergebens auf einen verständigen aufrichtigen Service. Der erklärt sich nicht und bleibt restlos aus.
Schablonen zählen nicht!
Meine nie einlösbaren Prämienpunkte, die ich über 10 Monate ansammelte konnten von Anbeginn nie je eingelöst werden. Wurden immer binnen Sekunden zurückgebucht, man unterstellte mir auf meine Beschwerde hin grob verletzend und pauschal ohne meinen Namen dabei zu verwenden mittels Schablonentexten einfach Geldwäsche und Zweitkonten als Begründung, dabei bin ich ein winziger Anleger, finanziell arm und kein einziges Mal im Leben habe ich mir etwas zuschulden kommen lassen, noch habe ich hier ein zweites Konto.

Sie behaupten, sie müssten sich nicht erklären, als ich um genaue Hinweise bat, um Mißverständnisse ausräumen zu können, was mir das größte Anliegen ist bis heute.

Ich habe den Service mehr als 40 mal angeschrieben bis in den Herbst hinein. Schon nach dem zweiten Anschreiben blockten sie ab und behaupten, der (völlig ungelöste) Fall sei geschlossen und am 31.12. wurden mir wie ich heute erstmals nach einem LOGIN nach sehr langer Zeit feststellte, mehrere tausend Prämienpunkte, die ich täglich mühsam ansammelte gelöscht, die zuvor nie einlösbar waren!

Hier herrscht zionistische Rabulistik in hinterhältiger Reinform vor, es ist verstörend und unfassbar undurchschaubar, im Ergebnis als unseriös zu erfahren. Die BAFIN wird schon Recht haben, daß sie das Unternehmen beobachtet. Daß ich durchgehend nur Verluste hatte liegt gewiss nicht an der Börse, bleibt völlig außer Wertung, sondern an mir. Hier geht es aber zum einen um die Prämienpunkte im Wert von rund 33 $, die durfte ich nicht einlösen, bis heute nicht. Auch sonst erlebte ich Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Funktionsweise!
Ich habe hier garantiert nur ein sehr kleines Konto, pauschal werden einem nur Schablonen zur Antwort gegeben, die einfach voller Erfindungen stecken, nichts mit mir zu tun haben.

Hier verliert man Geduld und die Nerven werden extrem aufgerieben, es ist entwürdigend und verkommen, wie man mit mir als Kunden hier umgeht. Labile Kunden könnten sich nach diesen verkommenen falschen Antworten das Leben nehmen.
Ich selber war am Boden zerstört über Monate, durch verlogene Schablonenantworten ohne Hilfen!

Das habe ich von gar keinem Unternehmen bisher vergleichsweise ähnlich durchlitten, zumal man nur droht, es dürfe nicht mehr verkommen, ohne zu erklären, was bitte genau, was sie denn meinen?! Ich habe hier NIE etwas Verkehrtes getan und mir wird nichts erklärt. Bei Telegram im DACH-Chat von Bitget heißt es, das sei normal, ich wäre nicht der Einzige, das dürfe ich mir nicht zu Herzen nehmen, so werde immer geantwortet, das sei nicht auf mich zu münzen! Ja, was ist das für ein krankes Gebaren?
Am 3.9. hatte ich meinen Fall schon beschrieben.

Paire Toxique en Futur

I highly recommend NOT using this…

I highly recommend NOT using this platform. I have spent the last 2 months trying to withdraw my funds, they are more than happy for you to deposit money but when you need to withdraw it's a different story. I couldn't tell you how many emails back and forward to resolve the issue and it felt like I was on ferries wheel going round and round. Save yourself the headache which I been dealing with and stay clear from Bitget.

Ze zijn telefonisch niet bereikbaar en via mail krijg je onbegrijpelijke hulp.
Ben duizenden euro's kwijtgeraakt: geld storten is heel eenvoudig, gewoon via ideal.
Het opnemen is een drama; kan eventueel overschrijven via blockchain maar hier moet je een studie voor volgen.

I have a problem with bitget

I have a problem with bitget, i cant use my google authentifictor code, i forgot my code. I tried to withraw some money ,back in december, and i dont know how ,i applied the 3 factor verification. 3 days ago, i contacted them, i made all of the passes at the online form, and yet ,nothing, it was written they will contacting me in 24 hours .It is clear, they stole my money, i cant even log in into my account, dont pop up your bitget account, you ll loose your money. I had to accept the fact ,i ll never see my money, i am happy because its about a minimal sum , but anyway ,this is not right ,its my money .
