Fun Monthly Treat!
Birchbox is a fun treat that I love getting each month. I'm impressed with the variety and number of products I'm able to choose from each month and have been seeing more full size options available which excites me!

Customer service A+, the rest is an F
Customer service is stellar, everything else has pretty much been a disappointment. It was nearly impossible to find anything on the website that was in stock or actually available, the shipping is hard to track and takes ages, and when I finally got my order one of the two items wasn't what I had ordered. Customer service was very prompt and said they'd send me the correct product, only to find out later that they don't actually have the product I ordered at all and never did. Even customer service wasn't aware of that. I was ready to discontinue my several year membership after months of a disappointing subscription and this experience didn't change my mind.

It seems there was an unfortunate fulfillment error—though these are rare, they do occasionally happen. The warehouse accidentally sent you the sample size of the full-size item you ordered, and unfortunately, the item sold out before we could arrange a replacement.
We’re happy to see that a full refund and a future discount were processed for you. We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience and for this experience, which is not reflective of our usual Birchbox standards. We appreciate your feedback and hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.

I expected larger products the samples…
I expected larger products the samples are too small to make an honest review of each one. I only got 2 uses for the eye cream same with others I am giving it 1 more month to decide to cancel or not

I have tried to change my account…
I have tried to change my account payment information numerous times and the site says it will send me an access code to do so, but does not send it in a timely manner, instead after 11 p.m. and during the night such that it has expired by the time I try to use it.

It appears the full size bottle I got…
It appears the full size bottle I got was attached to the outside of the regular box and something happened to it and the post office had to the package it … I think I got everything though … which were great.
