I love every single one of my boxes

I love every single one of my boxes. Birchbox is the only subscription box I know of that allows customers to select all of their choices. I have been a subscriber for 13 years and I look forward to receiving my box every month!

Birchbox has been a wonderful way for me to explore many different types and brands of beauty products that I normally wouldn't have the patience to shop for! On occasion, they have substituted different items than the ones I've chosen, but it's always been a fair trade. My box comes on time monthly, and I always receive an e-mail reminding me to customize my box.

A customer since the first box was shipped

I believe that I have been a customer of Birchbox since the very first box and plan on being a customer until I die. The boxes just keep getting better and bigger. When they reset everything years ago they added customization and the quality of the products are outstanding

Shipping could be better

Love most of the products and selections. Customer service is very good anytime i have issues they fix it right away.
Website/app is always having issues for me and shipping is extremely slow for yearly membership holders.

I like the samples and brands

I like the samples and brands. I often think there’s not enough description of certain products (their shade etc). There is also often products that are sold out—even when I immediately go in to choose.

Excited for the monthly product reveal!

So far, my experience with Birchbox has been great! I’ve had a few issues with packages not being delivered to my home address, but those problems were resolved quickly. I’m usually very happy with the product selections each month, except when some items are out of stock. I try to submit my monthly choices as early as possible so I have a better selection of products to choose from.
