I received an email for VIP to use unique code for free full sized gift when placing $75. Placed an order for $97 and redeemed $10 in rewards but no free gift was added or gave option. So I cancelled the order, and now it appears I lost my $10 reward code

Best skincare on the market
Biossance products are amazing! Getting free samples of new products with my usual orders makes it easy to see how my skin reacts. 90% of the time I end up buying the new product. Biossance also has great discounts throughout the year which makes it easy to stock up on my favorites.

Sad to see the SPF 30 Product Go
I was excited when I saw that you have a new sunscreen with SPF 50. When I went to buy it, I saw that this new product had replaced your old SPF 30 sunscreen. I wish it had been clearer in the promotional material the the SPF 50 sunscreen would be replacing the SPF 30 sunscreen. I was hoping to buy both :(

I was promised a $20 discount if I signed up an account. I ordered $30+ 50 spf and was repeatedly told my product did not qualify for the discount. I like the product but this is total BAIT AND SWITCH.

The product is reward enough, but then you add on great incentives to reorder...like points earned for future cash, free full size gifts, and regular discount days. I am so happy I tried you all those years ago!

I really wish that speaking to a human…
I really wish that speaking to a human was still an option.,… super sad that your customer service is AI. And IF I TOOK RHE 15 minutes to do a ‘Chat’- it take way too long to communicate my issue and get any sort of resolution.

I do love the fact that I got free…
I do love the fact that I got free shipping. However my order was $350 so I expected free shipping. I used a $20 off discount code that I received because this was my first order. Tried to put it in three times and when I checked out, I saw that it was not applied so now I have to try and get someone on the phone to correct that.

The websit experience continues to be frustrating. Amazing products and customer service. The website is the limiting factor and makes me want to buy another brand. There is a promotion for a free full size product (limited to a certain amount of people). I have been trying to figure out how to get the code emailed to me since the promotion started. I would log in for the code and it would take me a specific product page. I kept logging in and it get kept looping me back to this product page. I finally gave up and just bought what I needed because I'm almost out of product and their products are great. So frustrating!
