I ordered a product from Bindertek that was on backorder. It actually didn't ship until weeks after they told me it would. When it finally came, two pieces came damaged. I contacted Bindertek and heard back the same hour, and they overnighted me the same product to correct the issue! Thanks!

I have another review I wrote about this company the week of Nov 7 - 13, 2016. In that review I rated the company with three stars due to the incorrect item being shipped. I made the mistake of ordering the incorrect style of Binder, but the correct style of 2 hole top punched write on tabs. I was expecting to receive the two ring, flip open style binder's, however, I received the two ring, opens like a book, style binder's. I felt like they should have questioned the order, before shipping, due to the items not being designed to work together, the old square peg, round hole analogy if I may.

Well this company actually DOES read the reviews customers post here! Today, Monday Nov 14, 2016, Sandra, Bindertek's, Sales and Operations manager, was all over getting my problem taken care of, and graciously apologetic, for not have caught my ordering foul up before shipping. She e-mailed the return form so I could send the incorrect binders back to be exchanged for the correct one's. She also sent me the link to the correct binders. Rather than wait for my exchange binders to get back to Bindertek, I went ahead and placed my order for the correct binders +1, and 3 more sets of the top punched write in tabs. Not 20 minutes after placing my order, Sandra called me to confirm the order, and to make sure we were both on the same page with the additional binder and three more sets of the write in tabs. She assured me the order would ship tomorrow.

So I would like to thank Sandra for everything she has done today to get this 57 year old fart's ordering fall der all fixed, and totally taken care of. I also want to thank her company, Bindertek, for making a very high quality product which is very reasonably priced. I also applaud them for keeping up with their customers review's, for stepping up to assure a positive customer experience, even when the customer fails to handle the problem properly, because they dread what they feel may be a big hassle.

I do know of one other company offering a similar product for at least $10.00 more per binder. Their quality does not appear to be as good as Bindertek's, and I assume that company thinks they can charge more because they are a, "Medical Supply Company," actually their prices are shameful. They sell a M.R.S. for $ 39.00 per unit, seriously, a Mucus Recovery System, a box of Kleenex, $ 39.00!

Still trying to sort things out at my end to make sure I was not the one who messed the order up. 50% of the order was shipped correctly, the least expensive part, the binder tabs. The tabs I ordered were 8.5" wide X 11" long with two holes punched at the top, and that is what I received, that much of the order was correct. The 4 binders I ordered should have been the same size and with the two rings and spine located at the top, pretty much the same thing ordered by hundreds of hospitals all over the country for patient charting. I received 4 binders in the correct colors 8.5" wide X 11" long, however the spine and 2 rings located on the 11" long side, not the 8.5" wide top. I would have figured Bindertek customer service would have called, or sent an email to clarify the order prior to shipment. As annoying as this is both products I received are of very high quality, and I will order from Bindertek in the future. However, I guess I will have to be much more specific, perhaps include a photo, to make sure they get it right next time. E-commerce is a fantastic tool! Not so much when customer service fails, or becomes forgotten in the process.

didn't know much about archival storage and glad to use Bindertek.

I wanted decorative 3-ring binders for my home office and these have been perfect in both the decorative and practical area. The high cost was worth it!

The aluminum binder was not constructed well. The rings are weak and do not close tightly. The description makes it sound very strong and durable but the hinges are loose and I wouldn't recommend it. Shipped it back this week.

The binder ordered was described as holding 300 pages, but that should include a description of paper weight. My 300 pages would not fit as the paper was better than ordinary printer paper. I had to reorder binders, missed a deadline and had to pay for shipping twice.

I prefer to mainly do everything online, but when you have to ask question you need a real person and they have helpful customer service people.

I searched for months to find the perfect binder for my clients. The requirement was for a high quality long lasting 2" binder. I found this one smaller than regular 2" binders but otherwise I am completely happy with it. I really liked the option for a case as well since I am offering a high value service.I had to pay extra fees to get it to Canada so when one was damaged in transit I was concerned. The customer service folks replaced it for free so I am beyond satisfied.

Binders have been ordered for a month and still have not received them.

Bindertek honored its warranty regarding the binder fasteners. Because earlier versions of the binders were no longer available, Bindertek offered a very fair choice of either replacing the fasteners alone; or obtaining a whole new binder book at half the cost. Both options were very fair. The customer service was outstanding. All companies should handle these types of issues in a similar fashion.

We've purchased our executive sets of binders from binder tek for the last few years, and every time we are pleased with the quality of product that we are buying. They look great straight out of the box and years later. They are sturdy and have amazing options in aesthetics to choose from.

I am not a business or a corporate buyer, just a hobby collector who needed some strong binders with some personality. I've tried all kinds of heavy-duty binders, but their vinyl covering never impressed and their construction still left something to be desired. I looked for a binder that felt premium, not grade school, and that was how I found Bindertek.

They are, without question, the strongest binders I have ever bought. The reinforced metal edges give the binder a strong base and a sleek look. The textured board covers are impressive and pleasant to behold, and the rings are strong enough to hold hundreds of heavy protective binder pages.

Bindertek is one of those companies where a single purchase has earned a lifetime of brand loyalty. I only wish there were more varieties and products for me to experiment with. Binders with black interiors would definitely motivate me to refresh my current collection.

But I have no complaints at all.

To be honest, I never thought I would think so highly of a binder. First of all, Bindertek was the only place I could find the exact kind I wanted. I'm a Canadian.

When it arrived, I was thoroughly satisfied with the sleek look and ease of usage. And when I showed it to family who deals with a lot of paperwork, they thought highly of it just like myself.

I ordered several Bindertek binders to house my collection of photos, art, cards and other important mementos. They are much classier and stable looking than the drugstore binders. I put them on my shelves. I ordered several colors. Because they were sold out of a particular color, they contacted me to let me know and give me the option of ordering other colors, which would get to me more quickly. I opted for that option and got my shipment quickly. I appreciate the attention to customer service and detail. I would definitely order from them again.

The binders were of good quality but the shipping did take a long time

I purchased the One Touch Classic 4" Spine, rated at 625 pages. Unfortunately, the 3 ring mechanism does not stay closed tightly no matter how many pages were enclosed. While accessing the enclosed documents, it is necessary to slide the pages over the connection of the two ring halves. Since the rings did not hold together tightly, navigating to various sections of the enclosed document was quite tedious. In my opinion, the ring mechanism is the heart of the binder and therefore if it does not function properly, the binder becomes less than useless. If you never intend to scroll through the pages of the enclosed document, this would be an adequate binder.
