Binders
The binders are great...they just came MUCH later than expected. I did not get a heads up why they took so late to arrive until I reached out to find out what was taking so long. Binderte could have emailed saying why there was a hold up.

I am sorry for any misunderstanding about the range of time that orders take for delivery. Generally an order is processed the following business day. Yours was placed on a Friday evening (we are on the East Coast) and was processed on Monday morning.
Delivery to you in California from us in Massachusetts is usually approximately 5-7 business days. It looks like UPS attempted delivery but they were unable to for some reason and had to re-attempt the next business day.

Terrible long lead time
I still have not received my order for some binders. The order was back in August, over one month ago; I was informed they would be shipped in September but still no sign of them.

Because it takes a little time to send items from across the globe your order placed at the end of August was expected this month. Great product
I loved the product and the color was better than I expected. The only issue I had was the UPS's handling of my package. The box got dented and this caused my binder to become slightly dented. Next time, can you please tell the UPS drivers and facility workers to handle your packages with more care.

We buy and manufacture items all over the world to offer the highest quality items to our customers and that sometimes leads to out of stock items. We do make sure that any out of stock items are noted on our web site. We also (as real human beings) send out Emails or make calls to each customer to make sure they are aware of any delay. We hate when items are out of stock and apologize for the delay.

I purchased the corporate binder and sleeve. It's the only replacement binder I could find that comes close to the original binder given when starting a corporation. I'm happy with my replacement. the quality seems to be good.

Not maintaining quality
Did a lot of looking for a quality notebook for my organization work at home. I was satisfied a couple years ago when I did buy (10) notebooks. When I bought a few more this year, they had changed. The surface did not have that quality fabric feel, they felt lighter, but, like most products today, they had the same price. Bindertek should maintain the same level of quality and charge what they must so we can find consistency in this one product.

UCS - ultimate customer service.
I ordered five 2" binders and one had a little problem. They sent a replacement within a day with no questions asked and then followed up shortly after. Every company has little bumps in the road but the key to a successful company is to not let the little bump turn into a boulder. I own a business and customer service should always be your number one priority. Good job BINDERTEK!!

Poor customer service
I did not receive a tracking number for my order and had to call to inquire as to the whereabouts of my order.
They no longer have several binder colors which is also very disappointing.

Quick service. Item as described. Price a bit high.
Purchased one 3" Barrister binder and a slipcase. It is a nice, quality product. I wanted to find a good 3 ring binder for my stamp collections. I would like to purchase more, however they are a bit pricey. So, I may buy alternate binders from another manufacturer.
