Wonderful products, but slow shipping.
We ordered several steel filing shelves, which we love (after we figured out how to assemble them properly), but shipping took much longer than expected and I had to communicate several times with the company to figure out when to expect the shipment to arrive at our offices. Other than that, we love our shelves and are sure they will last a very long time!

Binder Rings...
The binder rings do not fit tightly together. For the price of the binder, this should NOT be an issue. It makes it very difficult, especially when you have a lot of papers, to turn the pages.

Excellent product and customer service
I have ordered from Bindertek before, and I just put in another order for binders and binder cases. I like the way they look, and the 3 rings snap open and closed very smoothly. The customer service is also excellent--they resolved a shipping issue very nicely. I am pleased and would definitely order from them again.

Great company
I've bought barrister binders and other three ring binders and related products from Bindertek for years. Top notch quality, backed up by excellent customer service. When I give my clients drafts of their books (memoir or biography), I put them in these binders. Much nicer than vinyl!

Bad Rivets
One of the two rivets holding the three ring assembly to the body of the binder was not attached. The unit is not usable as delivered.

What I need but
The two ring, 2 inch binders can't handle a lot of documents. The rings come apart as soon as I fill the folders. This is not even overflowing.

Our 2" Binders will hold up to 300 sheets. It actually looks like you purchased our 3" which will hold up to 525 sheets.
Our Ring mechanisms lock tightly and should always and only be opened by the lever arch mechanism. If the rings are ever pried apart that will break them which is the only reason they would not be snapping tightly shut.
The good news is that if you ever break the rings on any of our Binders they are covered under an industry unique lifetime warranty.

Great Product, would order again
Shipment was received one day earlier than expected. I ordered 15 of the "One-Touch View" two inch, 3 ring binders with the non-stick front covers. My only observation with the way the binders were stacked in the box was that a few of the plastic front covers were a little wrinkled.

The binder is fine though I did not review the distance between holes correctly (if it is noted at all). The problem is Bindertek had misplaced my order though the charges had hit our credit card. I contacted them and they were nice and sent it out right away. I would buy from them again.

All of our Binder Rings are US standard spaced and all spacing and dimensions are noted. If you ever do need something European spaced we have a terrific sister company called Empire Imports that specializes in special sizes.
