Your shipping rates are unreasonable and far exceed customary fees by other online vendors. I'm an amazon prime member and, frankly, if they can send me something via UPS for free, why do you charge $35 for an 8 pound box?

We are a small business and we truly charge the minimum we are able to for the number and weight of packages and distance it is traveling based on what UPS charges us.
Mega retailers like Amazon have fees that they pass on to everyone to absorb shipping costs while other retailers may add shipping into the cost of the item to make it seem "Free". Unfortunately the shipping carriers do not ship anything free for anyone.

I thought the hinges would help me …
I thought the hinges would help me access both front and back of my pages more easily than traditional placement of the loops. It' did't. It is much stronger than another binder I bought from another company, the halves do not move when flipping through the pages. It's better than what I have seen, but I was not fully satisfied.

Excellent Customer Service!!
I ordered some office supplies and one item was wrong. I contacted customer service and they did not hesitate to fix it. Shipped it free to me, but when it arrived the post office had damaged it. Again, I contacted customer service and again they did not hesitate to fix the problem. They ship another item out free of charge again. They were great! Will definitely use again & recommend!!

The "experience " was fine, the product was not.
The "experience " was fine. It's the product that was disappointing. I ordered the same binder that I have ordered twice before. Obviously, very pleased with earlier orders. However, this recent one was a poorer quality product - more similar to what I might find at Office Depot.

Disappointed with product line changes. Offers less flexibility to customers and less support to old customer with older binders (i.e., parts and accessories discontinued, fewer binder colors to match binders previously purchased, etc.).

We unfortunately can not carry every version of our rings for sale apart from our Binders. Over the many years we have offered Binders (more than 30!) we have made changes and improvements. We still honor the Lifetime Binder Ring Warranty of any version.
A few years ago we did discontinue some colors based on popularity. We are right now in development of some new colors coming, hopefully late 2017!
