I received my order and two of the …
I received my order and two of the products were damaged/did not work properly. I emailed customer service with a request to hear back and have a question answered before I returned the products. I NEVER received a reply back. I ended up returning the products (well within their return parameters) with a copy of my email to their customer service rep. I'm asking for a refund for both the products and my shipping due to the fact I paid for return shipping. I'm waiting to hear back however I am not overly confident considering the customer service (lack of) I have received thus far. Inadequate experience due to lack of communication on their end!

The books took a long time to get here
The books took a long time to get here. It would also be nice if the construction on the hinges were tougher. We were looking for a binder that has the ring connector you have but the rest of the notebook doesn't match the toughness of the rings.

Our binders are constructed of hardbound linen texture and designed to withstand years and years of use. If you are looking for a binder that is a little more durable for your application we do offer our metal binders which include our tough 3 ring mechanisms.

Pricey but durable
It is a bit difficult to find a solid, durable hinged binder now. Most of even the large binders (3"+) have the nylon flap which tears easily rather than the metal hinges. Bindertek had them and shipped promptly.

A few issues...
My last order was fine, but the order before this was problematic. Of the 4 binders ordered, 3 were damaged and because of the small number ordered, it was cost-prohibitive to return them. I ended up giving them away. Also, the pocket folders were just loose in the box but fortunately were undamaged; when I order them from other outlets, they are in their own packaging so as not to be damaged. Finally, twice I've had to wipe the sheet protectors because they are dirty with dust, which defeats the purpose of the order.

Above the call of duty
I had paid for express shipping on my order hoping I would receive my binders in 2 days. A customer service representative took the time to call me and explain that due to my location, i would likely receive the binders within two days even without the express shipping and offered to refund me for my shipping. I have NEVER received that kind of service, and it was truly refreshing to have someone reach out to me to help me save some money.
