Fast pleasant help.
Ordered 5 2 inch binders for a blind friend. On receiving them she realized she needed 3 inch binders. I called to ask what they could do for me. The gentleman who answered was very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant experience to make a return exchange. No hassle.

Nice but pricey, and always damaged.
The binders look nice, but price is high - and a high percentage arrive damaged every single time. Customer service has been good- they do replace the damaged binders - but this game is getting old. I don't pay high prices for high end binders for my clients just so that I can spend a lot of time and money every time to return them. I'm definitely looking for better options.

The stamp was great. Although I would have preferred CPA instead of CA 1983 at the middle; and 1983 instead of CPA at the bottom.

The binder cover won't even close it …
The binder cover won't even close it stays open. The rings aren't very strong they are just like the ones on Wal Mart notebooks. I've had for a month or so and the top ring is starting to stay open a little which snags my sheet protectors.

I am very sorry to hear you are having issues with your Binders. Our Binder rings should always be opened using the one-touch mechanism and should have a tight snap close. If they have been pried apart, damaged or crushed during shipment perhaps that would cause the rings to separate.

The site's great
The site's great, and the binder cover is well made and sturdy, but the top ring does not lock tightly and the pages get caught and pull off the ring. I use it for music and it's a nightmare when trying to flip through the book. For 45 bucks, the rings should lock super tight.

Our Binder Ring Mechanisms are the best we are able to find in the world. Most styles should always be opened by the lever or one-touch mechanism. If you ever received any that are immediately misaligned they may have been crushed in shipping. We would of course replace anything damaged!
If you have used our Binders for a period of time and they become broken or misaligned you are always welcome to return them to us under our Lifetime Ring warranty for free replacement. Here is a link to the details:

Very quick shipping, binders changed a bit
Very quick shipping and great communication. The ring mechanism seems to have changed since the last batch I ordered and the rings don't always close all the way now. They're often crooked and I have to manually pop the rings back together.

I am sorry that you are having ring trouble. The latest version of our Binder Rings are the best ever and have a very tight snap when opened with the one-touch mechanism. If the rings are ever pried apart or maybe were crush in shipping then that may cause miss-alignment.
