I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have still not received the order.

The DPD tracking, claims the order is still 'In Transit' and there has been no response to my request to cancel my order and raise a refund

Poor service

I ordered some flip flops on 26/05/26 and although the tracking number says they were delivered 05/06/26 they have not been received! In addition I have been trying to contact them for the last week asking where my order is and have received no responses!! Very angry! Can’t even see how I can get my money back!

Cannot understand where my items bought are...and going on holiday on the 19th June and worried it will not arrive on time.

After placing an order on 25th May, I was only able to track it after making contact with Billabong on 8th June. Unfortunately, the tracking stated the order was 'return to sender' status. I do not understand why as there had been no attempt to deliver this to me at any point, there is always someone at home.

I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund. Didn't get another response from Billabong other than asking me to rate my experience, so here it is. I am still waiting for my refund on 12th June. Ridiculas.

I'm saddened to say this has been a terrible shopping experience overall and I won't be a making any other purchases from Billabong.

I have written twice complaining of receiving a wrong order and only one part. I have had no reply only that someone will look into it. I’m now taking further action !!! Disgusted customer!

I ordered the item over 2weeks ago now, and it still hasn't arrived - yet I'm being asked to 'rate the service'. Just be warned UK customers - delivery is VERY slow

Updated 03 July 2026 - still waiting! Now they've stopped responding to emails. Formal complaint issued; requesting full refund.

I have ordered an item to be delivered to UK. I paid delivery fee. My item was shipped but has never been delivered. The Geopost tracking said it has been delivered. I was at home, nothing was delivered, I had no email, no photo. I wrote to billabong, and there is just some generic answer sending me same tracking number I already have. I advice everyone who ever considers buying anything from billabong be aware, you will not receive your item, and you will not get any solution, simply because there is no way to contact this company. Telephone does not exist, email does not exist, and nobody answers your customer service question.

Great items and great customer support

Poor customer service with no response until now. The parcel is still missing and no one is being able to check or arrange refund. Worst purchase experience ever

Delivery never arrived more than two weeks after placing order. Difficult to follow up with orders

Parcel not delivered in time suggested.
Tracking says it been delivered but has not contacted Billabong but just a generic answer.

Still not received my order but been sent a reminder for feedback so here’s my feedback…. but where is my order?

Poor poor customer service I placed an order on 23rd May, tracking says its was delivered but it has not.

After multiple emails and attempts to contact customer service the response is a standard automated email which still takes days to arrive.

As a loyal in store and online customer for many years it’s very disappointing. Poor show Billabong.

Hopefully I will either get my order or my money back soon.

Goods not arrived and customer service not replying

You take to long to deliver anything and with the lack of communication

Order was shipped billabong. I tracked more order with DPD and was showing as out for delivery for three days over the expected arrival date.

I contacted DPD and they told me as, as there is no 1st line of address on the parcel they can’t deliver and I have to contact billabong.

I have sent various emails to them and have had no reply!!

They have taken my money, I haven’t received my order and I can’t get hold of anyone!!!

Amazing service 🤬 - Avoid!

My order was split into 2 orders I assume from item location. Received the first one via royal mail. Second one with DPD tracking which states it's been delivered but I have not received the item. I have tried to contact customer service and still waiting for a reply.
Bought these items for my holiday and looks like I'm not going to receive the second part of my order before I go... Or at all.

Absolutely no idea where my order is, or of irs status. Zero customer service so far.

Order lost, no reply from anyone, tried several times ... would never order from you again ... pretty rubbish

Have not received my order.
