Good service and fair price with no quibble. Phone wait times can be very long and emails duplicated, but overall a very efficient way to sell your car quickly.

Fantastic company to deal with , very professional and courteous from day one , especially Chloe you dealt with my car sale & auction cost .
And also MY DRIVE ( Andrew ) who uplifted my car was very well mannered and professional going through my car for auction sale & transfer , I would recommend both parties if anyone is willing to sell there cars .

Offering high prices to get you suckered in. Then warns me about other companies doing this.

Awful awful company to sell your car with - avoid at ALL costs.
Filled out the information online (photos, service etc) and was quite quickly called to discuss a price, which after thinking over for a day or two, I was happy to accept. Called them back to accept and spent the best part of 2 days having to sit on hold (as they were too busy) or being told they’d call back and they never did. When finally I got through to someone, who was actually helpful, they said that I would be passed on to a lady in payments and to expect a call by the end of the afternoon. Lo and behold, she never called. After calling back AGAIN, they told me she was packing up her bag to leave work in 10minutes and could we speak another day!!! After some cross words a lady finally came to the phone (not the said lady at the beginning) and sent me the documents to sign and upload for the collection. That evening I completed all asked of me.
I was told someone would call me - they never did. After calling again, I was told one of the forms needed to be re-done which I did immediately. After another three times calling this mystery lady and having a “thumps up” reaction to my email, I finally got through to a receptionist who told me they were actually not going to go ahead with the sale!!!!!! They felt one of the documents, sent by my service company, wasn’t valid as the company sent a photo of an excel and a photo of the PDF. I said I could get them to speak to them or I could get a stamped letter - anything to prove it was real and valid and she told me they were not interested. I asked why no one had contacted me (my car is due a collection in 48hours) and she said I’m “on a list” to be contacted!!!! When questioned why this morning I wasn’t told when I was informed about updating a utility bill, she said that the person who spoke to me was in the wrong and should have told me!!!!
AWFUL AWFUL customer service and now I’m left starting at square 1 as I had another offer that I rejected for Big Wants Your Car.
DO NOT SELL TO THEM.

Easy process, very fair evaluation. Absolutely no pressure to sell and when they arrived they paid the price they offered without any attempt to haggle.

Offer looked good, sent in photos, website said car in excellent condition, never heard anything for 3 days despite chasing, then said they didn’t want it. In the meanwhile other web sites had dropped price. No response to emails, texts or calls - terrible service.

Totally shocked after alot of my friends saying dont use big M. Tried all other companies that buy cars & they all give me i price i was happy with but then sold it for less. Big M paid what they offered me and it was easy & a pleasure. Thanks. I will miss the car but i needed a 5 door car for practicality.

Very frustrating experience. I provided all the requested details and photos of my car, and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone discussing the sale.
But once they took it they stay playing low ball
We decided £2000 for audi but once they had it they drop it to £400
They told ne it have so many faults but in reality it have nothing

Once they took your car they play with you… if you say you are not agree with the price they will hold the car for atleast 15-20 days each day £20-25 eventually you have to give them car…. Even then you have to make 100 calls for payment
What even worse they will say you come by court
So they can charge you parking for those days as well

Couldn’t believe how easy it was, got a quote (which was better than any others I had received) and had picked it up within 5 days. Andrew from Driiveme came to check the car and take it away, he was more than helpful and I am so pleased with the whole process/service. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I have to say my experience, with Big wants your car, was excellent. From the people on the phone, who were very helpful and friendly. To the guy who picked my Audi up, everything was extremely professional. Paid more than I had been offered anywhere else. The whole process was easy, we agreed a price that was considerably more than the main dealers offered, they came and inspected the car, paid what was offered and within minutes it was in my account.

Good communication and fair price, no trying to knock the price down on seeing the vehicle and quick payment through secure link. Collection driver was lovely, very efficient and friendly and phone communication with the company was excellent. I had a bad experience with webuyany car who tried to knock £800 of the online value but would def recommend BIGWANTSYOURCAR.

Brilliant - very quick and easy also the money which we agreed was paid in under 1 minute into my account. Also the courtesy driver Vesaal was brilliant

Absolute joke, I’d do -5 if I could, initially went through the process with them to get a silly offer nearly £10,000 below what the car sold for elsewhere, they pestered me for a month asking if it had been sold yet and at this point it hadn’t, so we replied to the email and they sent us an updated offer which was more reasonable and told us to call up, so we called and waited for ages and had the call keep being cut off, so I tried a different department who was incredibly rude and then went on to say that it wasn’t in the profile to buy and that I should go somewhere else, I’ve seen other reviews saying similar. Absolute waste of time and I’d rather set fire to a car I’m driving then use these idiots again.

I wouldn’t waste your time. I tried for a week to sell my car, filled in all the forms ect I needed to. Constantly got cut off, Then was told today they won’t buy my car because I don’t have 7 service histories. Waste of time.

Sold my car with ease at a price I was very happy with. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent with no haggling over price and realistic expectations about normal wear and tear to a vehicle…special mention to Chloe who handled my sale and Andrew the freelance assessor who collected the vehicle and explained everything. Thank you both

After being let down by motorway, I was recommended to Big by a friend. I was called straight away, and got a much better offer than I got from other. Lots of clear communication and the chap that collected the car was great. Would recommend and use again 100 times.
