I regret purchasing from this company.
I ordered a Vigo Large Pine Dining Table but received an entirely different product — just a single wooden board from another item. Since reporting the issue, I have received inconsistent explanations from customer service, including being told that part of the order was “lost in transit”.
Despite multiple contacts, I have still not been provided with a clear or confirmed delivery date for the correct item. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and ongoing uncertainty have made this a very frustrating experience.
Errors can occur in any business, but what matters is how they are resolved. Unfortunately, this situation has been handled poorly and without transparency.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this retailer.
