The bed was delivered with no issues and happy with the bed. Good price for a basic white wooden bed. Some of the instructions weren't quite right but we figured it out.

Absolutely brilliant service and great product

First time buying from this company. When I received my table it was a different colour to the one stated online, so asked for it to be returned, I was originally told that I had to arrange my own return & pay meself. So I questioned why as was within the return period and not the product described online. Then I was told they will arrange collection the information I was told first was wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️, but the company the use to collect parcel can only be collected Monday-Friday which when you work like me through the week isn’t ideal. So I put a holiday in and arranged for the following Monday to be collected this company told me the will speak with Carrier (DX logistics) and sort it for that day, it got to about 11am on that day and still hadn’t been collected I emailed big furniture warehouse & ask if my parcel is definitely been collected on that day as I haven’t had any email/phone call from DX logistics but didn’t get a reply. On the evening that the parcel was due to be collected I get a phone call around 5pm from DX logistics stating that they were calling no to arrange collection of parcel which I explained it should of been collected that day, they told me had only just been sent over to them to arrange collection, so I once again had to use another holiday from work. I emailed furniture warehouse and told them I wasn’t happy they had a full week to arrange collection and they told me it had been arranged but not according to the DX logistics. Nearly a month on and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Very happy with my dining table and chairs although the 6 chairs didn’t fit around the table as shown on pictures so I had to return 2 chairs but my return was dealt with efficiently and collected the following day 😊 great customer service and love my dining set.
