Avoid this garage! Agreed a date and time ahead to pickup the vehicle and the vehicle was only just being cleaned as we got there. Ended up leaving almost 3 hours later. The next issue was that when they brought the car out the whole side of the car was scraped with a hanging off-wheel arch trim and the seal was hanging off below the side skirt. They acted dumb when the damage was blatant and the car was still filthy. They glued the panel back on and wouldn't acknowledge the condition of the car. The only reason I wanted the car at this point was because of the spec of the car. On the way home 2 hours away both wheel arch trim came loose and was flapping harshly. Also, there was a bad vibration over 60mph which I later found out after that even though they put in a new front tyre both front tyres weren't balanced and tracking wasn't down on the car when the vehicle report claimed all this was checked and done. Not something you'd expect to be wrong when purchasing a vehicle from what's supposed to be a reputable garage. Please avoid this garage as they aren't in your best interests.

Just purchased my car with the help of Louis and can't thank him enough!! So helpful. I've travelled all the way from Manchester and had loads of questions before making my journey and he really looked after me. Would deffo recommend. Especially Louis! Thanks so much for you help so far!

Bought a car from BCW this week. Overall an easy and friendly experience. Ray was very helpful and gave me a fair price on my p/ex. They had a good selection of cars in stock, and handled my questions in a professional manner.

Big Car World did not meet my positive expectations. Pleased with the car, but disappointed about the customer service experience. Big thanks to Lerone for doing it well though.
Obviously this is a busy showroom and cars seem fine, but check details like tyres carefully
First viewing arranged and assisted competently with Louis, rear tyres were worn and we noted this.
I was assured they would be checked.
A week later, arriving at the time arranged, sure staff were busy with customers, but it took a long time before anybody acknowledged me.
Eventually the manager (I think) called across from his desk to tell us that the paperwork would take 10 mins.
Checked the car over meanwhile - not prepared ready and the rear tyres had not been replaced.
The manager told us that the tyres must be ok and that the car was covered in dust because the showroom is by a main road (Would have expected it to have been cleaned ready on the day?).
Huge appreciation for Lerone, who did the checks and saw that the rear tyres did in fact need replacing. He arranged for this to be done.
The paperwork was started and left by others and it was Lerone again who finally sorted it out for us to leave with the car.
We had arrived for our appt at 10.30 and we left the showroom at 6pm.
6 miles out from the showroom the tyre warning light appeared – a nail in the only tyre that had not been replaced. At a petrol station and repressurised the tyre. Clearly this was not a recent puncture as the inflation held for me to get home, dropping just a little the next day.

Rang BCW the following day and was told they would ring me back…nobody did.
The next day I got through to Lerone again, whose manager initially suggested (unwisely I feel) that I bring the car (with an untreated puncture) back to Leicester so they could repair it.
Finally with Lerone’s assistance it was agreed to replace the tyre locally to me (at cost to BCW, but pretty low end tyre).

Thank you Lerone who got us on the road, and Louis who was there at the start.

Excellent customer service, a big shout out to Louis and Indi for great customer satisfaction, highly recommend Big Car World!

Bad Customer Service
New
Went to pick up a car with my step son. They had two weeks notice that he would be picking the car up at that date and time. When we got there no one was that interested in speaking to us, so we went and had a look around, we found his car at the back of the lot, in desperate need of a clean. Once they had got round to noticing we were there, they said they were sending the car for a valet and would be half an hour. We ended up waiting four hours to get the car. It came back still wet and only half clean. Not good service, the car should of been ready and waiting for us. Total lack of customer service and communication. Will not be recommending you to anyone. Do you treat all your customers this way, or just those that travel and hour and a half to get there?

Today we chose our vehicle at Big Car world.
Ray explained everything paperwork was sorted for us.
A couple of jobs need doing prior to collection next week.

Very efficient sales service. Louis the salesman was very helpful showing us a selection of cars before we made our choice.. Louis took us through the paperwork very efficiently and was courteous and polite throughout the whole process. In all a pleasant experience.

Such a great and friendly place. Quin dealt with my purchase of a Skoda Octavia, and it couldn't have gone smoother.

Visited bcm on blackbird road and would like to say the gents there are brilliant.. first I had a dealing with Richard, very pleasent over the phone, and whilst in store I had a gentleman called indie, helped me and my partner to the best of his ability!
