I am presently employed at Bidvest Company. Initially, my annual leave was approved; however, as the scheduled days approached, an inaccurate inquiry was initiated against me, alleging misconduct without proper basis. Subsequently, under heightened pressure and stress, my approved holidays were regrettably revoked.

Terrible cleaning services. Had so much stress dealing with their cleaners for the past year. Don't do their job and don't even show up to work their shifts. Wouldn't ever recommend!!!

I made a complaint about one of their employee, it's since 22nd SEPTEMBER 2023 that l am sending email to have an answer to my complaint. so far l only received answer to what they wanted, but not to ONE of my SPECIFIC answer. l am emailing them daily, the person that answered me whatever he wanted, and l am still waiting for an appropriated answer to my complaint. and in his email, at the bottom, there is "we are proud of our customer service", l wonder how. TERRIBLE

The worst company where I have been working. The company doesn't respect people. They cutting hours and don't paying proper salaries.

This company has gone from tolerable to questionable and confusing, managers and supervisors are fantastic but the company its self are making questionable changes for no other reason than greed "in my opinion". Working for Axis was exiting at first until Axis was bought out by Bidvest noonan in 2020 or 2022, in short Bidvest have messed with employees bank holiday pay and the amount of holidays you receive each year stating that double pay on bank Holidays is a privilege via news letters and emails and that the matter will be looked into. There is so much I'd like to say but for now I'll keep it as brief as i can. Bidvest is a questionable company and their practices and decisions when it comes to fairness on employees pay and holidays needs revision. Ive heard a lot of talk about pension pay and none communication with payroll so ill be checking myself. My badge is on the line working with this company and for now i would never suggest working for Bidvest until they show consistency, fairness and transparency. Terrible decision making at the top is definitely hurting this company but it has the ability to turn things round.

Worked for Bidvest Noonan for just over a month after being TUPE’d over by Amberstone Security because they were outbid on a contract.
I was a site supervisor over 2 distribution buildings overrated by a Blue Chip client.
From day 1, Bidvest Noonan changed everything about the contract, including wages.
I moved to another site to get away from Sharon Kane and Darren Martin, the contract managers.
Went to the Whitewater shopping centre and my wages were reduced again by Stephen Devlin. Stephen hadn’t got the balls to contact me himself so he got someone else to do it.
Bidvest Noonan are a terrible company to work for

I work for this company, this week announced 40 will lost their jobs and others will have their hours cut. The new HR director for transformation is very nasty to me.

Finally I am going to resign. Last step, they are very nasty at meeting. Not fair from other site I'm doing so well, end up can't go to work. Stay away from Darren Hartfield. He was still asking about key or fob infor. He never done it at start. I got blaming at it many time. To asking me to return. Stay away from him. He is nasty to employee. Very! Other 1 is ok. Very quiet. Why checking someone who put time off time gate last day for. He did it. He is mentally. He never came on work place to meet us employee. He is very bad. I will not come back again. Why not he came over to work place instead of email or checking infor on his phone everyday!

Terrible company, stealing workers wages, stealing holiday money, stealing pension refunds

I like some work place. It's translink stsy away from Mervyn. I left it just to avoid him. He keep tracing to girl at work. Stay away. Other boss is ok and I do get paid ok fortnight. I got to move from job just to avoid someone who is talking rubbish stuff to people and annoying to people in work. He holding everyone back from their own job. Oh dear. He also meet me outside office building. So strange I should have call police for him. I acted too slow at this. He is worse manger ever!!! He keep meeting me up in work but he doesnt work there. Is every week thing. He is a boss not a cleaner to do cleaning job. Other 1 is very nice and ok to get on with. I love staff in translink and do get on well with. So regret I left that place. He touches my hand 1st day and meet me outside office. Shouldn't be had happened as we are not friend. Never want to be his friend. No way!! I felt he is a dick.
